Pros Reporting is very useful and provides many different options to run very specific reports. The templates that clinicians can use when writing notes is helpful, as well as the sanfaxing options! Mobile touch is extremely beneficial to the field clinicians who do not always have the ability to connect to internet while providing care. Cons The software can be complicated to use at times. I think this has to do with the specific terminology that they use. It was easy to learn the computer part of the system. Cons Did not make updated changes. There were so many things that we were redundant, that could have been changed. We recommended a few simple changes and were told that it was not feasible to do those changes.
