"Great, easy system to use for permitting."

Pros: Ease of use and available instructions of use.

Cons: Nothing, really. It is a very easy system to use.

"Geocivix and an Inspections Department"

Overall: Very good, customer service is exceptional.

Pros: system is user friendly for internal and external customers.

Cons: Needs to provide update notes when an update is made.

"Permitting proccess"

Overall: Simple to use, permit proccess is quick

Pros: An exxpected date of permit reivew is posted. Has never been late.

"Permit Specialist GeoCivix VITAL!!"

Overall: I love my daily use it makes my job easier and by easier i mean the work flow

Pros: I need it daily the ease of use is the best part for me.

Cons: It took me one month to fullyt learn and manuever as i needed.

Reasons for Choosing GeoCivix: i am not sure what was used before i got here.

"Plan Review Coordinator "

Overall: Love the product and in the rare occasion that I do contact support they are extremely responsive.

Pros: The ease of use. I can talk a customer through uploading and applying with ease.

Cons: Search capabilities can sometimes be lacking, but my understanding is they have rolled out a fix for this.

"Strong Plan Review Functions"

Overall: Great product that has eliminated hours of administrative work that used to be done by staff. Workflow streamlines the application and plan review process.

Pros: Strong application and plan review functions. Better than we saw on any other products we reviewed.

Cons: Set up is timely but the overall result is total customization. Inspection modules need some development.

Reasons for Choosing GeoCivix: The strong application and plan review functions.
Reasons for Switching to GeoCivix: No longer using previous product that we had used for years.

"An easy to use program"

Pros: Customer service and ease of use of site

Cons: Once in a while, the site gets backed up, slows down, and we can't use certain features.
