El equipo de BITE es muy cercano y abierto a mejoras e ideas. Lo hacen todo muy fácil. Recomiendo esta herramienta a otros usuarios. Pros La facilidad de adaptación que tiene a las necesidades de la empresa. Permite adaptar el contenido a lo que se necesita. Además, el soporte técnico es muy bueno. Rara vez no recibimos la solución a la consulta el mismo día. Cons Para poner una desventaja, diría la falta de flexibilidad en adaptar el idioma de la herramienta. En la empresa trabajamos con un mix de inglés y castellano, y no siempre permite la herramienta trabajar con esta mezcla, aunque no entorpece el trabajo en ningún aspecto. Cons Lo que menos me ha gustado es que la plataforma resulta poco intuitiva en una primera toma de contacto, lo que hace que la formación y la adaptación inicial sean más lentas de lo deseado.
