Rara vez no recibimos la solución a la consulta el mismo día. Cons Para poner una desventaja, diría la falta de flexibilidad en adaptar el idioma de la herramienta. En la empresa trabajamos con un mix de inglés y castellano, y no siempre permite la herramienta trabajar con esta mezcla, aunque no entorpece el trabajo en ningún aspecto.
