They are constantly rolling out updates so while there are some features that currently don't work as well as it could I am confident over time they will improve the tool even more. Pros I love how much I can do all within the one tool. Email marketing, landing pages, online membership portals, selling digital products and so much more. Cons There are lots of inconsistencies across the different areas of the product - what works in the pages builder is different in the email marketing side of things. The user interface is also a little clunky and can be slow at times. My biggest frustration is that the tool runs of EST time zone, which for someone based in NZ makes it really confusing when scheduling emails etc to be sent at a certain time. I love the web page templates and the page builder is pretty fast and easy to learn. email delivery seems pretty good. Cons too many clicks, especially in product setup. can't navigate to a specific part of product to edit, have to go thru all the pages. the screen re-building everytime you move something on the sequence builder. better usability would be so wonderful. a shopping cart would come in handy to make more functional funnels. Pros The best thing about Kartra is that it integrates so many things into one package. Email delivery rate also seems to be good although we have limited data. Cons It's very difficult to navigate. The UI is very poor and unintuitive. This is why we are not really using it and likely we will cut it as soon as I can find a better alternative. It desperately needs a way to search and find the emails that you have written in the autoresponder sequence. Its utterly painful trying to find certain emails in the sequence to edit them and specific landing pages. The overall structure of Kartra is a mess. Reason for choosing Kartra \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] recommended it and the lure of having everything under one product seemed great, but of course its very difficult to actually deliver that. We're looking forward to testing the membership, email and page building tools next quarter. Pros We mostly use Kartra for the Checkout and Helpdesk features. The subscription setup and checkout are as good as it gets. We've seen a huge bump in conversions on our high ticket sales once switching the KArtra checkout. Cons Not a huge fan of how difficult it is to setup campaigns or build pages. The experience could definitely be improved. They've put a ton of features under the hood but usability needs some work. Instead of using Wordpress and dealing with many plugins to keep a website going, Kartra offers a seamless platform for every marketing and technical needs. Pros It is an all-in-one platform that really makes my business so much easier: landing pages, checkout forms, customer experience, membership management... It all flows in on place. Cons I wish the membership systems would be a lot more versatile, and the customer support a lot faster. The latter is super friendly but it takes a day to get an answer back. It is simple to use and navigate thanks to its highly intuitive UI. Kartra also has a ton of capabilities, which I appreciate because they make managing and monitoring my membership sites, advertising campaigns, and other online projects simple. It enables me to quickly automate many of my marketing-related chores and operations, which helps me save a ton of time and effort. Cons The most significant disadvantage of Kartra is its price. Although there is a free trial version, the monthly costs associated with some of the plans can be quite high, especially for those who are just getting started. May 17, 2019 5.0 The thing I love most about Kartra is that everything is on one platform! I sign in with one password and can get at all the things I need like my sales pages, courses, email, etc. I also love the Kartranaut video training! That's a huge time-saver. I can't say enough about how much I love Kartra. So much, that I've told a couple of tech/website developers to look into your career opportunities! Pros I'm not a techy girl at all. It took me awhile (and a few tears) to learn the different platforms I was using for my business. So, with my basic knowledge and little bit of video help from one of your beta testers, I found it super easy to create the pages, emails, memberships and forms I need to run my business. There are so many options that I truly enjoy creating everything I need in Kartra! Cons The only downside was that there is not a lot of bandwith for videos. Then, I learn they have a membership function - game changer! Now, I also use it for all of my web pages. I was able to stop web hosting, web tech, membership platform, membership platform links to website....on and on. I love that it is all in one place. Pros Benefits for selling, features for using. Afte.r a short and well documented learning, we have started to create our own pages and used the built in templates to manage sales funnels and autoresponder sequences. It looked difficult at the beginning but follow the guidance or ask for support and your investment will bewell rewarded.
