Developing features along with the customer support is great. Pros Advanced feature available in this platform helps and it attracts the other viewers and the complete business management can be done. The training tutorials along with the videos with a great support is available. Cons At initial stage it is quite complicated to learn the features it consumes little more time. And also this particular platform is quite expensive. The interface can be improved show that it will be helpful for the business start the online business. From creating landing pages to managing emails to setting up sales funnels, Kartra does it all. Cons Something I would like to see improved is the design and customization of the landing pages. For example, I would like more control over the placement of elements on the page to create something more custom. We're building more campaigns than we ever have in the shortest period of time. The cost is insignificant compared to the time savings and capabilities provided with Kartra. Pros Kartras done for you campaigns are brilliant. With one click you can install a completely done-for-you campaign that only needs your finishing content changes. This has helped us get our marketing campaigns up and running in half the time. It has also cut down on the learning curve of using Kartra. Cons We would like to see more integration options either from Kartra or third party developers. It has grown and developed so much since then.If you're looking to build complex and modular funnels, then Kartra is a great tool for that. Pros You can do almost anything in Kartra. It really is an all in one software. Email marketing, online courses, booking calendar, affiliate programs and more. Cons The downside of being an all in one, is that you can do so much, but not all the functions are as fully featured. Pros The user interface is very unique and once you figure it out and get used to it is is very easy to create systems and marekting automation. That's the beauty of Kartra - it's the one to rule them all. It's got so much functionality and you can run your entire business from it. I've used so much software out there today and Kartra is hands down my favorite platform. They are also constantly improving, adding more features and listening to customer feedback. President Media Production Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Kartra makes it easy to get started selling" December 12, 2019 4.0 Kartra was the latest in bright shiny objects which lured me to solve all my online marketing problems in one place. The promotions were very, very slick and I was sold mainly by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] genius in presentations. Sadly, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has passed on. The product was very good in what it sought to do, solving problems via templates and a lot of stuff was done automatically for you, and quite well conceived. The problems which I had were that I needed to use it for Course delivery and I needed to track students' progress and achievements and export these to another website and server which had better gradebook capacity - and allowed more Gamification. It was a great product, and made it easy to get started but the drawback for me was the lack of options for customizing the pages and exporting data beyond the normal Autoresponder level. That is a tradeoff, in terms of beautiful PRE-made templates, which are difficult to try to adapt for features which they were not designed for. This is not a FLAW of the product, it's just that I needed more than I could easily accomplish with their hard-coded templates. Pros Kartra integrates a lot of services and functionalities needed by somebody who is getting started in internet marketing and does not know where to start. It is a very slick product designed to appeal the basic needs of the average person with their own product or service. It's SO much better. Pros Building great looking landing pages, squeeze pages and in fact, full websites is incredibly easy and powerful. The suite of tools that integrate has opened new paths to engaging my customers and selling more products. Cons When managing landing pages, it seems that the software requires more clicks than should be necessary. It's easy to use, but can be cumbersome, especially when setting up a sales funnel. It was very easy to start using it but since I had to change to a bigger plan and my business is not that big yet, I'm considering to move to another platform. Pros It's very intuitive and easy to use. It has a lot of features in the same place, so I can do everything inside the platform: landing pages, sales pages, email marketing, online sales, etc. Cons I think they should be more clear about its bandwidth limits. In the Starter Plan, the bandwidth has nothing to do with the number of users and courses you can have. I mean that is very easy to reach the account limits which leads to overcharges. So, in my first month I had to upgrade to the next plan which doubles the price. I purchased the product, was very excited. Uploaded my contacts I had built in LinkedIn. Took them forever, but they finally rejected them. I was disappointed but understand their point. But because there were more than 500 contacts (that again were rejected), they bumped my "auto-payment" up from $99 to $199. I missed the email the first month and caught it the second month and canceled that day! I've been trying for over a month and a half to get refunded with ZERO response. But plenty of marketing to get to renew. NO phone support is a disaster. The product is only as good as the company. And the company, unfortunately, is a disaster.
