I had to contact them at least once a week and they always saying that it’ll be solve soon, but it’s never solved soon. We can avoid talking about all the bug during the creation of the proposal, while you can’t edit properly because you select something but it’ll affect another element… But your lead won’t even be able to see your proposal because their server are always down, it’s not working. Then it makes you feel unprofessional because you use a tool that can’t even make their main feature work just a little bit. Pros It seems easy, but when you start using it, everything becomes more complicated. There is tons of bug, even copy paste something is a challenge. Cons You can’t use it as a real professional tool. Pros The new look and format for my proposals. And that now I know if a proposal is open and read or not. Cons Lack of Spanish templates, lack of templates for selling fire and Security systems. But mainly that sending of proposal links is outside the system (through your own email, whatsapp, etc.). So there is no option to re-send proposals or send alarms of new events added to a proposal. I can almost never find it when I want to show it to someone. I've bookmarked it now, but it really has no presence in search engines! Additionally, any communication you get from the software doesn't link you back to their site (Inconvenience), forcing you to google them (see above) or remember their URL.
