Prospero is straightforward and very user-friendly.

Pros

Prospero takes the hassle out of creating proposals with templates and an intuitive drag-and-drop editor. You can see when prospects have viewed your proposal, and they can ask questions during the negotiation phase by clicking a convenient contact button. I wouldn't change anything about this software; it knows exactly what it is, and that's what makes it so powerful.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to add custom fonts.

Pros

This is very good and very easy to use software. Very important thing: it is localised in Polish. And they have great customer support. I have contacted them with some inquiry about changes in code for better funcionality for Polish language and they did it (very fast, I might add).

Cons

Right now (i am using "free" trial) I love everything

I like Prospero, it helps me manage and keep track of my proposals, which actually helps me get more deals signed, thus easily earning back my investment.

Pros

The ability easily to save and load different sections of the proposal. also the status update of every proposal.

Cons

when the wizard asks me about the project not all the content appears in the final proposal, such as client email and the company's name.

the most thing that I liked is that I can save to library. it is Well arranged and the auto save saved my day oohh and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] the suport guy well he is very helpful and professional

wen I want to change text coler or any, just moving the mouse out the color box it close immediately

Easy to use and helps keep track of my conversion rate

Cons

I think greater layout customisation would be great, but they're frequently updating and I'm sure there'll be more soon!
