In my opinion, Frontline ERP software seems safe and secure. I am most impressed with the sleek look.
I used Frontline for absence management and recruiting purposes and absolutely love how great it’s customer support is.
Issues usually take a few hours to resolve and they are always super friendly and great at explaining issues.
So easy to set up your account and use. I like that I can customize information about my day and include notes to the administrator.
Cons
The system is not optimized for California schools.
Some staff had trouble navigating assigning subs for their day. It was as added creature that cost more money.
Frontline ERP software is a bit tricky to navigate. For example, I had difficulty accessing all of my Professional Development information.
I wish it gave more options than personal illness, death, family illness, professional, personal. Sometimes these seem vague.

"Frontline ERP Review"
Pros: I used Frontline for absence management and recruiting purposes and absolutely love how great it’s customer support is. Issues usually take a few hours to resolve and they are always super friendly and great at explaining issues.
Cons: It’s a bit tricky for newcomers. I have been both a user and an admin now and wish there were more videos on how to familiarize yourself with the program.

Overall: Quick to familiarize & never had delays using the system.
Pros: -Easy to populate documentation from previous note -Easy to view client goals
Cons: -No concerns. -Would be nice to have the option to color code

Overall: Very poor. Time consuming to have to reset my password every month.
Pros: The dashboard is okay. I have nothing else to add.
Cons: Personal password not retained. Have to reset password everytime I log in. Password reset: Get the same 6 digit code to reset.
"User friendly"
Pros: Frontline is user friendly and has great resources and tutorials if you are uncertain about how to access information.
Cons: There is not anything that I do not like about this software.
