Trunk was recommended in a mastermind group I’m part of, and it solved the problem immediately. It keeps my inventory accurate across platforms and saves me a huge amount of time every week. I’m also planning to transition from Squarespace to Shopify later this year, and knowing Trunk will handle that easily gives me a lot of confidence. I even run an educational program for artists starting product businesses and Trunk is the only inventory system I plan to recommend. Pros Trunk is incredibly easy to set up and does exactly what I need without being overly complicated. I had it connected to all my sales channels in about an hour. It syncs inventory across everything automatically, which immediately removed a huge amount of stress from my business. I didn’t realize how much time I was spending managing inventory until Trunk took it off my plate. It’s also a very clean interface without a bunch of unnecessary features cluttering things. Cons At first I thought there were no reporting options, or at least I couldn’t find them. I reached out to customer service and they were able to generate the report I needed right away and told me they can do that any time. So honestly I don’t really have any cons. February 11, 2025 5.0 Exceptional, stress relieving and full of peace-of-mind Pros Trunk has already alleviated SO MUCH stress, I can't believe I didn't know about this a couple years ago when I was starting my business. I sell my products across several platforms both direct to customer through Square, on my website through Squarespace, as well as wholesale through Faire. Trunk has seamlessly integrated my inventory across all of my selling platforms giving me peace of mind and saving valued time and energy. Trunk's bundle feature allows me to sell groups of my products while keeping inventory on the individual SKU up to date. The team at Trunk has created easy-to-understand and thorough documentation enabling the set-up process to be easy and quick. Now, all I do is update my inventories on a single site and it ripples out across the other stores automatically. Cons Although the monthly pricing is a bit high at the moment for my taste, I've found it works great to turn on Trunk before my busy season around the holidays to make sure I'm not overselling my inventory. December 17, 2025 4.0 I finally took the time to sync the SKUs for my Etsy shop with my independent website. The whole process will go much quicker if your SKUs already match (took longer for me since they weren't). This was the only thing holding me up to finally using Trunk to sync them. Having those two online shops synced has been such a weight lifted off of my shoulders. Where it is really amazing is keeping track of stock of an item that is used in multiple orders/SKUs. I am still slowly getting it more and more functional for myself, and very happy that I took the time to set it all up. I look forward to seeing additional organization capabilities in the future. Overall, it takes time to set up, but become more and more useful the more I do. Pros Main reason I use this application: you can sync listing inventory between Etsy and Squarespace (along with other common platforms). I started with a different platform and quickly switched to Trunk as it keeps track of sales going in both directions. The help menu covered all of my questions, and Trunk's customer service was great. Pros Getting set up was easy. I used the SKU numbers provided by squarespace and copied them into my Etsy listings. That was pretty much it. Not having to worry about tracking items manually saves me so much time! Cons Trunk is great! Pros For 8 years, I had been searching for an app that could synchronize my inventory and orders between my website and Etsy. Initially, I worked with WooCommerce, and now I'm using Shopify, and with both platforms, Trunk is perfect! It’s easy to manage. I’ve tried other, slightly cheaper apps, but I was terribly disappointed. My stock levels kept changing without me doing anything, so I went back to Trunk. June 14, 2021 5.0 Trunk sorts out our inventory leaving us time to concentrate on other aspects of the business Pros I have an online fabric shop and our inventory was getting harder to manage across two platforms and we needed to add a third. My biggest fear has always been running out of stock and having to contact customers to tell them. I spent quite a lot of time researching inventory management systems and most of them didn't cover all the platforms I needed. Trunk did and had good reviews too so I thought what was there to lose by trying a two week trial! Once we had synced our SKUs across all 3 platforms I could see how easy this was going to be. Instantly I could see discrepancies in my inventory even though I thought I was doing a good job doing my own. Trunk is very clear and easy to use and best of all it does what it claims to do! I just wanted to say too that I love the SKU number repeat feature - Trunk sends you an e-mail letting you know if you use a SKU twice, which is great because cutting and pasting has its dangers!! I actually felt ill at the thought of trying to manage my inventory by myself again. Don't be put off by cost think of the hours it will save you sat in front of the computer away from your family! My situation is amplified as we make Custom wood grips and making 3 or more of the same item is just not a viable option, when we found Trunk it was like finding a bag of money, literally, as it saved us thousands just from the multiple platforms of selling and not overselling. Where it really saves us is the bundling, that alone is an invaluable tool. Without Trunk our inventory would be a nightmare on our own website. We are in process of selling exclusively on our website and without Trunk our inventory levels would need to be quadruple what we are able to actually have. Customer service is 6 stars out of 5, they are right there to help you however they can. Their customer service is top notch, quick and nice, they answered all our questions when we contacted them months before we even started a free trial and were very helpful when we finally subscribed and set up the synchronization...
