Bon outils de travail, facile à comprendre et à manipuler dans l'ensemble. Outils analytiques de trésorerie efficace

Pros

Très bon suivi client, réponse assez rapide, prise de rendez dans les plages horaires et dates respectés.

Cons

La création de la fiche de paie, trop en avance par rapport au nombre d'heures mensuel non effectués, donc pas encore calculé pour pouvoir émettre une fiche de paie.

5 mois après le début de la prestation, la société n'est toujours pas créée. J'ai beaucoup attendu avant d'écrire ce retour d'expérience. Je le fais aujourd'hui pour deux raisons : 1. Mettre en garde tous ceux qui songent à passer par leur service. 2. Faire en sorte que mon témoignage atteigne les cadres de cette entreprise afin de faire avancer mon dossier (je suis sans réponse de leur part depuis plus d'un mois). Contexte : j'ai commencé à travailler avec Dougs dans le cadre de la création d'une société avec apport du fonds de commerce à celle-ci sous forme de cession. Concrètement, quelque chose qui prend maximum 2 mois. Personne en charge de mon dossier : \[caché sensible contenu\] du pôle Juridique. À tous ceux qui se demandent si la prestation qu'on leur promet sera de qualité, je vous laisse avec une liste de faits : - Après 5 mois, la société n'est toujours pas créée alors que Dougs s'était engagé (verbalement) à ce qu'elle le soit maximum 2 mois après le début de la collaboration. - Réponse en moyenne tous les 7-10 jours via un chat (et il faut faire pression auprès du service après-vente). À titre d'exemple, le dernier message de réponse de leur part date d'il y a 1 mois. - Contrat de cession rédigé sans la liste d'actifs (très utile si vous voulez avoir des difficultés juridiques lors d'une revente). - Devis/facture qui manque de précision sur ce qui est pris en charge de leur côté. Etc. Je mettrai évidemment à jour ce message si la situation évolue.

Pros

0 avantages. Le prix est certes faible, mais la prestation est de très mauvaise qualité et chaque action prend 10 fois plus de temps (sans exagération de ma part).

Cons

\- Après 5 mois, la société n'est toujours pas créée alors que Dougs s'était engagé (verbalement) à ce qu'elle le soit maximum 2 mois après le début de la collaboration. - Réponse en moyenne tous les 7-10 jours via un chat (et il faut faire pression auprès du service après-vente). Dougs peut convenir à des TPE. Mais il vaut mieux avoir quelques notions de comptabilité tout de même. J'ai regretté ne pas avoir de comptable attitré. Nécessité d'expliquer plusieurs fois la même chose à différents intervenants. Attention, le traitement des débours n'est normalement pas possible. Enfin, si le forfait liberté est très intéressant (forfait annuel de 550€, tout compris, y compris bilan de fin d'année), la surprise arrive le jour où vous demandez un bilan de liquidation et que celui-ci passe d'un coup à 700€. Sachant que le surcoût n'apparait nulle part, notamment pas dans la lettre de mission où tous les tarifs sont déclinés. Et que ce jour là, vous n'avez pas d'autre choix que de payer ! Très moyen et peut-être pas trop légal...

Pros

Forfait Liberté intéressant (550€, y compris bilan annuel) à condition de rédiger soi-même les décisions d'approbation, les PV d'AG, etc.

Cons

Pas de suivi individualisé et parfois des lacunes chez certains interlocuteurs. Ne permet pas la gestion des débours. Et surprise, lors de la liquidation, le forfait passe à 700€. Tarif affiché nulle part, notamment pas dans la lettre de mission.

Pros

C'est moins cher qu'un comptable classique car tout est en ligne

Cons

Il n'y a aucun suivi, aucune compétence de leur côté mise à notre disposition, c'est comme avoir un logiciel de comptabilité, mais pas comme avoir un comptable et ça peut coûter très cher. J'ai eu un contrôle fiscal à cause de leur manque de suivi, je vais devoir faire une réclamation devant l'ordre pour défaut de conseil.

Un service client en dessous de tout...Aucun professionnalisme

Application de compta en ligne intuitive.

Cons

Dougs est à la comptabilité ce que les SSII/ESN sont à l'informatique. Des marchands de viande. Une entreprise gérée par des jeunes qui n'ont pas le sens du service. Tout est géré automatiquement par leur solution en ligne. En cas de problème, de situation particulière ou de conseil, n'attendez RIEN de Dougs. Ils s'engagent à vous rappeler et ne le font pas... Vous changez tout le temps d'intermédiaire...Vous demandez une prestation particulière, ils encaissent votre argent et ensuite vous devez presque les supplier d'effectuer le service demandé...
