Avec paypal pour exemple je devais me soumettre à leur fonctionnement.. Avec Payfacile c'est eux qui s'adaptent à mes besoins ! Sans eux je n'aurais pas pu développer mon application et je n'aurais pas pu faire décoller mon entreprise. Cons Il serait peut-être intéréssant de proposer des nouvelles fonctions qui seraient financés de manières participativent par ceux qui souhaiteraient la développer. Cons En raison des frais de transaction, c'est un vrai budget qui est déduit de mon CA... C'est le seul bémol pour moi, mais je ne pense pas pour autant que le logiciel soit cher. We live and work in France, dealing predominantly with English clients, but French also. The customer representative has always been very pro-active and quickly replied to correspondence, working to update any issues to create a better functioning experience for us (and the PayFacile system). It's very useful to be able to use English and French for the operating system and customer support. We have a large number of clients, so to use an automated card debiting system as an extremely useful way to cut down admin, definitely worth trying! Pros Great customer support in both English and French Cons Generally, there are no major complaints, any issues we have had have been resolved through communication with the customer representative or another staff member.
