Instructor Non-Profit Organization Management Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "A Convenient and Modern Point of Sale Solution" July 3, 2023 4.0 Pros One of the things I really like about this software is its cross-platform compatibility. Being able to access it on any device with a web browser has made managing sales incredibly convenient. Another feature that has impressed me is the offline functionality. In areas with low connectivity or when the internet goes down, I can still process sales and capture customer information. The interface is snappy and loads quickly, providing a seamless experience for both me and my staff. Cons I have encountered a slight learning curve when implementing and using the software. It took me and my staff some time to become familiar with all the features and functionalities.Another aspect that I found a bit challenging was customising the software to suit my business's specific needs. The customisation options are extensive, but they require some technical knowledge or assistance from developers. Pros We were testing an alternative to Shopify pos. All functions are good but coming in from Shopify to Magento. CEO Sporting Goods Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "No help, no support!" October 4, 2021 1.0 One of the main products we bought was Point of Sale POS system with lifetime updates. The problem is that since the beginning of using POS system from Magespacex we had regular problems and errors with it. The most common problem was, that we had to “check the license” from 1-3 times per month. We had to contact Magespacex and wait until they fix it. It could take some hours or some days, so for that period we were unable to complete orders, update our stock, give receipts and other general procedures. It was awful days, because our sellers/workers had to make all the manually, which took a lot of time. We got a lot of negative feedback from our clients. After Magespacex fixed the problem, we were available to continue our business as usually, and Magespacex always promised that everything is okey and no worries. All these troubles continued until September 2021, when one day they just blocked our POS. Since that and till today we do not have any solution from Magespacex. Pros Our company have bought last year services and products from www.magespacex.com Cons \-We have big problems and our business is almost ruined, because Magespacex is not answering, is not giving feedback, have blocked our Magespacex account and our company emails. They have got our money and have not provided agreed services and products. They are scammers! We have all bank information about transfers, all emails chats and print screens. At the moment our company and one of the biggest IT companies in Estonia, who helped us with IT and tried to communicate with Magespacex, contacted Lawyers, who are ready to proceed with that case. The lawyers are now calculating the losses from Magespacex activities/ or not activities. Reason for choosing Magento 2 PWA POS Our partner from IT side tried to contact them, but they do not answer. They have sent several times some files with errors, so our IT tried to install them for more than 10 hours (very expensive). They have blocked our company emails, blocked our Magespacex account, they do not cooperate with our IT partners. We have also informed UK The Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. November 8, 2022 1.0 Terrible and wouldn't suggest using this to anyone. They are likely a group of scammers. Pros When this POS works, it works ok. The main issue is that when it's not working, the support team can take a long time to respond and fix the issue, resulting in huge issues for our company. This is not acceptable for B2B support Cons As mentioned above, the lack of support is the reason nobody should give this a try. If you want to lose business have upset customers, and lose a lot of revenue, go for it. Please beware! Additionally, the product can be buggy, and again there is no support to give any help. CEO Retail Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "FRAUD: Buggy extensions, nonexistent support" January 21, 2021 1.0 MagespaceX do not provide any FIX, any SOLUTION, any REFUND, any ANSWER, any UPGRADE for their products. From the time of purchase (already 18 months), they did not provide any upgrade/fix/support/refund for the extensions we have purchased. There is no active development to fix errors, or to make extensions compatible with latest Magento versions. This company is total fraud. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. After purchase, they do not communicate at all, even not to refund request. So, you are stuck with buggy product, no support, and no possible refund. BEWARE! Pros Never used, since it failed to install on brand new Magento 2 store Cons Extensions threw errors at installation. That is why we NEVER EVERY could use the extensions.
