I just wish they were more amenable to updates/changes. **Pros:** The ease of building a route and manipulating the data to best fit your needs. **Cons:** Some features that are not flexible for our specific services. The hardest challenge I faced was getting the my co-workers to adapt to the new process and new software. The tool generally functions well and we do not have any major complaints that would prevent us moving forward and continuing to use the tool. **Pros:** I like that the onboarding process is very hands on. They definitely make sure that you understand how the tool operates, how to setup your instance, etc. **Cons:** I don't like the fact that you have to contact support to create territories, add drivers, and adjust your vehicle limit. It's very annoying and it's inefficient for a fast moving business. I also dislike the reporting and email functionality. The reporting is very limited, doesn't include any sort of automated emails and the export you do get isn't very clear to a lot of users. The email notifications also aren't customizable as far as the scheduling goes. The mobile app also only shows you a limited amount of days forward.
