### "Stay away, there is better options"

Not helpful, almost fraud cos they lost most of the clients. Finally we left it after 10 years of bad support, high cost and old solutions that we find better and with a lower cost in other platforms.

Pros

Nothing. It was a good platform 5-10 years ago, not improving, with todays standard its very exensive and bad service, I´v benn working with route mng for 8 years.

Cons

Customer service not helping, low skills, just want to charge you

We love Viamente! The program has saved us so much time, effort, and headaches! We used to spend hours on google maps plotting 25 locations at a time, now we just upload our excel file and send it to our drivers to use on their GPS. Thank you so much Viamente!

Overall we have had a great experience. The customer service is quick and easy to work with. The features of the product are great and they have worked with us on some added features that have helped us.

Pros

We love a lot of things about RouteManager. It saves us a lot of time and money when planning routes. Our customers love that they stay informed with each step of the process as well.

Cons

Our biggest struggle is the limitation on the notification. We would like to include the hotwords "Order Type" when sending notifications to depict whether it is a drop off or pickup that is being referenced.

Pros

I love how easy is to import and export information with Work Wave Route manager. Assigning routes is pretty easy with WorkWave Route Manager.

Cons

Honestly, I would like to know with more details about how his system calculate cost and would love to have a better real time location of my drivers.

Overall, I have really enjoyed this routing system and my rep is always easy to get a hold of, very knowledgeable and alwasy willing to help.

Pros

It is simple to use and you can see your drivers and orders in real time.

Cons

I do not like that it does not indicate orders that have a time sensitivity attached to them.

### "Good product for managing your fleet"

Pros

Easy to use, planning routes for your business. Can easily re-route trucks to get certain stops first. Lots of options to improve performance

Cons

Would like to be able to select groups of stops to switch to a different truck with the balloon feature but Workwave does not do that

It's been pretty decent overall. The hardest challenge I faced was getting the my co-workers to adapt to the new process and new software. The tool generally functions well and we do not have any major complaints that would prevent us moving forward and continuing to use the tool.

Pros

I like that the onboarding process is very hands on. They definitely make sure that you understand how the tool operates, how to setup your instance, etc.

Cons

I don't like the fact that you have to contact support to create territories, add drivers, and adjust your vehicle limit. It's very annoying and it's inefficient for a fast moving business. I also dislike the reporting and email functionality. The reporting is very limited, doesn't include any sort of automated emails and the export you do get isn't very clear to a lot of users. The email notifications also aren't customizable as far as the scheduling goes. The mobile app also only shows you a limited amount of days forward.

I enjoy working with the support number, they are always helpful and prompt. I feel \[sensitive content hidden\] my account rep is fabulous A joy to work with, although once I used Work Waves more often I had less interaction with anyone because I became self sufficient.

Pros

Once learned the ease of the system is what's keep me using the software.

Cons

I like to figure things out on my own, sometimes with Work Waves there are things they can see, that i can't see and I am unable to resolve the situation on my own.

Ease of use, route optimization, identification of vehicle limits, customer communication

Cons

There is nothing we dislike about workwave. The ease of use and integration with two third party companies to allow drivers a single tool to perform multiple tasks has taken our delivery process to high-level efficiency

Impressed with initial product demo and needed to solve for a very inefficient manual delivery input to Google Maps

Amazing. When looking for a solution that I can grow with I chose WorkWave Route Manager. I am a small business but everyone I have engaged with makes me feel like I am their most important customer. And, the system works!

Pros

Eas to use! Easy to implement! Great customer card with suggested changes being implemented!

Cons

Export features need more flexibility. For instance, Export in my format, etc.

Responsiveness of the team. Pricing. And, then it simply WORKS!

WorkWave works well for my one truck operation, I didn't need anything built for large orgs, or the price that came with them, so WW is a good option.

Pros

I can import my addresses, verify them then push a single button and the route is ready to go. Since my routes change month to month, I can't use some of the saved route features, but it's smooth to upload.

Cons

There is no left hand turn preferred option to make an even more efficient route.

Pros

Cons

The system could be more user friendly. However, when there is an issue customer support is awesome.

### "Disappointing software"

Frustrating and disappointing with no improvements in sight.

Pros

The only thing I think works well is the notification. It will send a notification whenever a setting is violated.

Cons

Everything. There is no dashboard so there's no way to get an overall view of the driving behavior. The vehicle trackers don't let you save identification information like vehicle VIN number, license plate, drivers name. There is only one description field so if a driver switches vehicles and someone forgets to update the name on it it's nearly impossible to tie the device back to the vehicle. The default breadcrumb color is white and the map it's imposed against is mostly white so you can't see the breadcrumb on the map. You can't setup scheduled emails to push driver behavior reports to you on a regular basis and since there's also no dashboard you're constantly having to pull reports and make sense of the Excel data it exports. Reports are limited to a certain number of days data you can pull. The features and user experience is NOT intuitive. The only reason I've continued to use this product is because we have the device wired directly into our vehicles and cost to uninstall them and install a different brand just isn't worth it. This feels like a piece of software designed in the 90's and forgotten about by Workwave.

Reason for choosing RouteManager

It integrated with our CRM system. Not worth the integration.

Awesome! It's exactly what we need. It could use a little more on the GPS reporting side

Pros

The most important features have been planned and implemented very well. And, when we had a driver leave, we found we did not need to replace them. It took a whole truck off the road for us.

Cons

GPS reporting is a little weak, but you can get data exports that show the data in raw form.

Covers all of the basis and needs for our process. Customer relations is really big for us as well. The WW team I work with is very responsive to my needs and ideas.

The biggest draw back is as updates come out there is always a new glitch/issue to fix

I love Workwave. WorkWave has made not the drivers time more valuable but mine as well.

Pros

The ease in which you can schedule deliveries. The ability to consolidate deliveries for multiple stores for one driver. Saves the company money.

Cons

The only thing I wish WorkWave could do is to blackout dates or times for scheduled maintenance on the truck or if the truck is needed for something other than customer deliveries.

It has been very good. If there are issues I can message and the replies are in good time frame.

Pros

The ease of transferring pertinent information for the delivery drivers to make their day easier.

Cons

Being able to find the proper location to change (permanent or temporarily) information for the runs I'm working on.

Reason for choosing RouteManager

I came into the office after work wave was already implemented. NOTE for first page of questions. The industry Bio-Ag is in is Manufacturing of Agricultural Products. We make and deliver our own product as well as pick up supplies we need for manufacturing. We also have our own brand of dog food that we deliver to storefronts. We are generally grouped in the Agricultural category. That was not one of the option in the drop down so just put Warehousing, but that is incorrect.

### "Refreshingly simple"

Every time I've been held up I've been able to get assistance from a knowledgeable support system. Admittedly I never took the time I should have initially to review the training docs provided on the website. Once I looked at those, they proved a lot of information to help get familiar with the software quickly.

Pros

The responsiveness of route optimization is a pleasant surprise compared to other routing software I've used. It can handle a huge workload of orders and the available customization options for order attributes and the display interface help to streamline the user experience.

Cons

One major caveat is the inability to move orders between territories. A copy/paste feature function for notifications between territories would also be helpful (similar to the reasons for orders not completed that were recently added).

### "Not very happy at all "

Pros

Usability is good, routing is easy to learn .

Cons

I don't like the idea of this product not functioning when it is open with other tabs in google chrome. I have found a significant drop in performance when i have multiple tabs open and the suggestion from tech support was to open workwave in an incognito tab as opposed to a regular chrome tab . By using it like that forces me to use a different monitor. I have a 3 screen display and making one exclusively for work wave is problematic . When i asked the tech support agent about this and will this issue be corrected in the future , his reply was no . Based on that response i have gone to my ownership and suggested we shop for a better ,more suitable, alternative.

My customer contact \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is excellent. the webinars are good, the site info is brilliant. The training videos could be used for us to download for internal training though? will become expensive the more vehicles i have on the road.

Pros

It is easy to use, read and the functionality is good. wide range of different uses.

Cons

it would be good to have better reporting on useage, costings, per vehicle for KPIs - a dashboard for the daily jobs on. this could be on a TV screen showing the routes and ETAs so people don't have to log in. its a display function. it could flick between the routes The training videos could be used for us to download for internal training though?

Workwave has been extremely helpful for me, my old routing software use to take me 2hrs plus to complete my routing process. Using workwave takes me somewhere around 30mins to complete and the routing is more actuate

Pros

Pros for workwave,is that it's very user friendly and it helps me put mu drivers in a successful position routing wise.

From my experience using workware, there's no cons

The most helpful and cost saving is that WW saves me 8 + hours each and every week I use it

1\. It saves e 8 to 10 hours every week. 2. the roughing is very easy and allows me to make changes when i need 3. down load direct to my GPS phone

1\. It would be if I could call and get quick help on the things i for got and new that I need a little hand holding.
