Overall, my experience with Vevox has been positive. It’s easy to use and enhances interaction during sessions, but I think there's room for improvement with customisation, especially when using PowerPoint integration.

Pros

I generally liked the product as it works well in sessions. I especially appreciate the PowerPoint integration feature, which makes it seamless for both users and presenters. I like that the polls can be used multiple times which is handy for repeat sessions.

Cons

However, I did find that the PowerPoint integration sometimes altered the design of my slides. I would really appreciate more customisation options to prevent this. Sometimes it used a default blue which is not part of our branding colour scheme.

Very useful to gather questions in advance of a meeting and also during a meeting. It also helps to create engagement with the audience with the polls and leaderboards

Pros

Easy to use once you're familiar with its functionalities, good to dynamise meetings, very good integration with power point, excellent customer service

Cons

Less intuitive than other polling platforms. The format is less atractive/colourful

My experience has been positive it is a useful tool for engagement and gives people the opportunity to say whats on their mind.

Pros

How easy it is to use and how it creates a safe space for people to ask questions anonymously, which encourages more open and honest feedback

Cons

context behind anonomous questions can be unclear due to limited word count and also the lack of notifying the employee when their questions get responded.

Had an amazing experience from customer service to purchase, everyone was super helpful. The platform is very easy to use, and you are able to brand and customize, all results are presented instantly and the teams loved it.

Pros

When looking at other platforms and comparing features and prices Vevox came up as most cost effective. We already used it and its amazing, has all the features we need.

Cons

That you cannot change the font when setting up the instructions on the background, specially using Japanese language that would be helpful.

We are planning to use Vevox for our online class facilitation, aiming to elevate students participation and engagement during the class. Although we have yet to implement it, its features and the user-friendly interface appear tailor-made to meet our needs. Excited to see how Vevox will enhance our workshops!

Cons

Really good and I enjoy using the product and I will endeavour to use it in future jobs due to its ease and effective functionality.

Pros

The wide range of options available in terms of question input and answer selection formats. It's straightforward and effective to use and there is always great and supportive help on hand from the Vevox staff.

Cons

Currently having one issue with running a session and some of the questions duplicating on completion of the session, however, I have a call to discuss this issue with a Vevox team member shortly and I have no doubts this will soon be resolved, as the team members are always helpful and in the know as to how to resolve issues.

Our experience with Vevox went smoothly, from our first interaction with the Vevox team, to our execution of the tool, to our follow-up survey.

Pros

The meeting attendees had no issue logging-on/opening Vevox - major success. This first impression with attendees and leadership encouraged more engagement throughout the meeting, sparked conversations afterwards, and led to lots of internal interest in the results and tool. The customization and controls in Vevox allowed for our specific needs to be met and therefore we were able to leverage the most out of our attendees participation.

Cons

The data download output could be improved, we'd like to get more granular and have data visualization options.

Pros

Ease of use. Lots of different question styles. Anonymization options. You can personalize the look & feel to brand colors + logo. The team loved the live polling at our corporate event.

Cons

The only think that was confusing was having to re-open every poll question in order to be able to show live results. I might have missed a step in setting it up though and did not negatively affect the experience. Just an extra button click.

Pros

The simple to use interface and built in templates. The ability to engage students with not only Polls that can be embedded in a PowerPoint but also Q&As and Surveys.

Cons

I haven't really noticed any downsides to using Vevox.

Currently using it for anonymous Q&A, will be using Poll and Survey at a later date. I just started using Vevox, so far it is easy to use.

Cons

Platform is not user-friendly. Perhaps I just started using so will take some time to use more and get familiar with the platform.

My overall experience of the Vevox platform has been excellent. I have been using it for the last 3 years with little or no complaint. The delegates/users find it easy to navigate. I like the annual review of our use of the platform as it demonstrates to our IT team the need for continued use of the platform.

Pros

I like the fact that it is easy to use and navigate. The use of instant feedback when I use it for monthly multiply choice questions and assessments. It give delegates their results as soon as they submit. I like that all the other assessments are kept on file and I can refer to them months later.

Cons

I will like to see Microsoft application on the Vevox platform. I never received regular updates so not aware of changes or facilities on the platform. I feel that I am not using all functionaries available on the platform. I don't like the fact that it does not save entries when delegates are doing an assessment and they get kicked out of the platform due to connectivity or wifi issues. This means delegates have to enter all their answers again if they had written them down elsewhere.

Very satisfied user, have been using Vevox for many years with different types of students now. Both online and offline, rarely encounter any issues.

Pros

Simplicity of designing my surveys and having them all in one place. Style and presentation are appealing and there are a variety of different survey designs available. Straightforward to access for my students and ability to save results on completion are also valued.

Cons

I'm very happy to be honest. The main recommendation would be to develop new formats for different survey questions and presentation of results, or perhaps enable a degree of being able to edit the designs if necessary.

Just a pain free tool that allows for successful audience participation.

Pros

Vevox is user friendly, both for the session organiser and the participants. There are a great variety of tools for various needs. Account managers respond quickly to issues (in the rare occasion there are any!), giving reassurance and reliability to the solution.

Cons

I would love for there to be the ability to present live the responses from surveys. Polls don't allow multiple questions (or even categories of questions) to be live at one time, so at an event this week we used the Survey function to get around this, and actually displayed the survey data dashboard view, live in the event. It was fine, but isn't designed to be used that way, so the display could be improved and would be great if this functionality could be developed.
