Maybe it would be nice to add an entry for what is this payment for, e.g. I need to buy a cable, but If HR doesn't know they will ask my why I have a receipt from a warehouse (but all written in chinese so they can't read it). Pros It is easy to use. I don't have to save the receipts but just scan them and get rid of the paper. That is really nice. Cons I can't include the fees of my credit card, so I need to list them one by one for every payment later on to get the money back from my company.
