Pros That I can upload all my receipts and expenses immediately when they happen and Cirucla even recognizes most of the information automatically. Cons Only at the beginning it was bit overwhelming but after watching the video tutorials, everything was easy. Maybe it would be nice to add an entry for what is this payment for, e.g. I need to buy a cable, but If HR doesn't know they will ask my why I have a receipt from a warehouse (but all written in chinese so they can't read it). Pros It is easy to use. I don't have to save the receipts but just scan them and get rid of the paper. That is really nice. Cons I can't include the fees of my credit card, so I need to list them one by one for every payment later on to get the money back from my company.
