The software made it easy for us to track expenses and submit claims. The user-friendly interface and streamlined process saved us a lot of time and hassle. The only downside was the lack of integration with our accounting system, but it was manageable. Overall, we are very satisfied with the software and would recommend it to other organizations looking to streamline their reimbursement process. Pros I liked the software's user-friendly interface. It was easy to navigate and understand, which made the reimbursement process much more efficient. Cons I didn't like that the software didn't have an automatic integration with our accounting system. Pros Easy upload and if it works it is amazing Cons Sometimes I have to extract some items while my whole benefit is only a max sum. It would safe me a lot of time if this would be taken into account. Example I bought food for 40 euros and my benefit is only like 7 euros. I should not have to remove other items. It should just deduct the amount that I have on my benefit. Also I sometimes buy food for more than one meal and it would be nice to have several meals/benefits accounted for. Pros The app is so easy to use! You can simly manage your trip and expenses even international. It automatically calculates everything you just have to insert the adress and the duration of your travel. Cons Scanning invoices, the app sometimes doesnt transfer all information. Instead of carrying the expense bills and receipts around or, if received by mail, detaching and uploading.. just forward makes life so much easier. Then grouping the items together and claim.. this is what I call easy. Pros What really amazes me is the ease of use.. I know a lot of different expense tools .. but Circula is definitely the best. Uplaod provide some details and done..
