The only downside was the lack of integration with our accounting system, but it was manageable. Instead of carrying the expense bills and receipts around or, if received by mail, detaching and uploading.. just forward makes life so much easier. Then grouping the items together and claim.. this is what I call easy. Pros What really amazes me is the ease of use.. I know a lot of different expense tools .. but Circula is definitely the best. Pros The app is so easy to use! You can simly manage your trip and expenses even international. It automatically calculates everything you just have to insert the adress and the duration of your travel. Cons Scanning invoices, the app sometimes doesnt transfer all information. It is nice to upload an invoice in 3 to 5 minutes. Often OCR scanner works if the format is fine. Cons I am not 100% sure how our accounting is working with Circula and how the integration flows to the accounting tool.
