i like the fact that if i need something improved or changed i can talk to work buddy admin team and they change it

Pros

WorkBuddy has transformed my security installation business, cutting my admin time dramatically. The software is so easy to use, yet has so much functionality. We love the different dashboards for job roles in the business. I can track all my current, completed and outstanding work orders, while my Technicians can see and action all their urgent, high or low priority jobs on the WorkBuddy App. I can’t speak highly enough about WorkBuddy’s team, I feel like a valued customer. They are friendly, helpful and available! They are willing to customise the software to suit and integrate with whatever accounting package you use, which beats all the one-size-fits-all job management software I’ve seen.

Cons

I've really struggled with thinking of anything. The whole transition was a breeze and we started seeing results in the first 3 months.
