Love the product except the cost that keeps increasing

Everything and ease of use....great product for preparing returns

Cons

Cost - keeps on increasing yearly by 10% or more and having someone contact you in dealing with price is brutal

I have used it a couple of times and I think it is a very good alternative to manually preparing taxes.

Pros

Preparing taxes is difficult but this software is very helpful. It saves a lot of time and minimizes the mistakes you could make.

Cons

Some features are not easy to understand and complex returns require additional effort. The interface could be more friendly.
