I am completely satisfied with this product. I have first time users figure it out in less than a minute. GREAT PRODUCT! Pros I like that it is EASY to use. Not complicated. It makes things intuitive which is refreshing in the adjusting industry. Cons That more companies don't use it. I hate email and this is a perfect solution. This company needs to be bigger. May 5, 2025 5.0 I started back with Claim Leader when it was first founded out of desperation when my current management system suddenly went down. \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team had me up and running the next day in CL. The system was EZ for my Appraisers to Status and Upload their Files. The Accounting and Status function worked perfectly.\[sensitive content hidden\] would always consider upgrade suggestions and our Business grew together. I added CL into my new Company because it's such a Trusted and vital part of our Business. I highly Recommend this software. Pros We have been using Claimleader since June 2014 and have it seen it grow steadily with many more enhancements than when we first started. Still very easy to use and very valuable part of our business. Cons The accounting side is lacking but we have learn to work it with our QuickBooks. I found out about Claim Leader, and I’ve been using Claim Leader for 2 1/2 years. Before that I used the Excel spreadsheet that I really couldn’t see on my cell phone when I went out for an appointment. Sometimes I have 10 appointments today and to keep track of papers in the car of the assignments missing assignments and everything Claim Leader has made it a whole lot easier to maintain assignments from creating the assignment on desktop to managing the billing to keep up with accounting ease of use. Claim Leader has been a real good time saver for me. Now I’m good and I’m good at programming and my excel sheet has a whole lot but Claim Leader does a whole lot more than I can even think of. The support team are great anytime I find something that I think should be an improvement. I let them know we discuss it and if they feel it really would be a time saver or make sense overall they make the changes. So it’s easy to get someone on the phone from support easy to get answers to. I use IA Pro never even gotten an assignment from the marketplace that I normally would not get otherwise. So if you’re looking for ease of use, and even if you are a larger a company where you employ multiple appraisers it’s a really good thing to use you have IA form where you can manage assignments and assign them to the different appraisers and they can view it on your phone and upload the photos. Make comments hit submit and it’s right there on the dashboard much like it is for myself using my own my system with Claim Leader. Cons The cons that I have Claim Leader is, I didn’t find it sooner. I lost a lot of opportunity by spending more time managing my assignment than I actually be doing my assignments with Claim Leader. It makes it simple. Review Source DO David O. The system we were on before was not nearly as sophisticated and Claim Leader has helped give us a strategic advantage over the competition. Many of our partners are on it as well so it a win win when it comes to communication through the system. Pros Claim leader has made our life and business much easier. It puts all the information we need at the touch of a button. The way it is structured to the way you can search for and find information fast makes it the leader in the industry in my opinion. Claims comes down to how fast you can find and process the information and Claim Leader does just that. I also over the reports it generates for daily assignment volume broken down by company and the accounting side is marvelous with the break down. It's honestly a fantastic product that helps make our business what it is today. Cons There is not much I don't like. I wish I could integrate more of my reporting forms in there as that would save me time. I feel like our business is still a lot of data entry multiple times and this would help streamline that process. May 3, 2019 5.0 I inherited the program when I purchased and took over this business and I have to admit that it has been a pleasant constant in an ever-changing industry. What stands out the most in my view is the customer service aspect. I am a smaller firm in comparison to some, but that does not matter to Claimleader. They take care of any and all issues as if I was 20X the size! This means a lot to me as a consumer. Claimleader is attentive to my needs and listens to feedback. Their tech support is always working diligently to maintain a happy client, and it shows. Pros The software is easy to learn and use. I use it daily and the tools within the program as well as the tools that have been incorporated recently are awesome. It makes managing my days, weeks, and months more bearable. By simply having this service I have saved numerous work hours and it has allowed me the personal freedoms that I need to stay sane! Cons I can't think of any cons at this time. The platform is constantly evolving and upgrading to meet the demands and desires of the users. They continue to make a great product even better. Pros Ease of use is fantastic for new users. There were no misconceived notions about what the system could or couldn't do for us. AImost all other software companies I've dealt with over the years promise one thing and deliver something completely different. The CL team was spot on what the system could or couldn't do for us. CL's customer service skills, attention to detail, and ease of doing business with are unlike any other software company I've ever partnered with! Pros Ease of implementation/setup, automation of the system, reporting, etc. etc.. It's also extremely user-friendly and easy to train people on! Cons There is a bit of a learning curve for new users, which is expected with any system transition. During catastrophes we've been able to keep up with assignments better than before. The team over at Claim Leader is constantly working to improve and add more features that help us do our job better. Pros Claim Leader gives our appraisers more information on our clients in a more timely manner. By sending an email to the appraiser a claim is assigned to, it allows them the opportunity to possibly work that inspection quicker if they happen to be the area of the vehicle. When our appraisers upload back to Claim Leader, we are able to audit files easier and faster. Making our cycle time back to the insurance company better. Reports are easily created and very detailed. Cons Some features for assignments aren't available in the dashboard and you must click on the individual assignment to work on it. For example, I would like to be able to reassign and cancel assignments from our dashboard instead of having to go into the file to do it. Review Source CF Christopher F. Rep and his crew have bent over backwards to make our company a leader in claim resolution in our region. We were able to simplify our processes and reduce staff to handle a larger workload. Most importantly they answer the phone. If we have any concerns they are addressed immediately and they are always willing to address any workflow issues we may have. Excited to continue into the future with Claim Leader. Pros Ease of use. I have used multiple systems over the last 20 years and Claim Leader is by far the most compatible for any user, no matter what their computer proficiency. Most systems are complicated with too much information. Claim Leader employs only the necessary steps to complete the appraisal in a timely and effective manner. This makes training simple and the end product perfect. Cons We have had no issues with the software. We have made a few requests to better the product with company management and these changes were made in a timely manner. The working relationship with the Claim Leader staff is second to none. We made the right decision, have never looked back. Pros The software is very easy to use whether entering in new assignments or forwarding completed assignments. We are able to run reports to keep track of cycle times, customer information, part usage, and invoicing. Team has added several features over the last couple of years for ease of use. One that comes to mind is the ability to import assignment information from CCC. Cons I would like to see photograph descriptions added as a selection. Swapping from a previous system was an incredibly smooth transition. Customer support is there whenever you need them, and is quick to respond and help with whatever problem you may have. In addition, ClaimLeader caters to your company's individual needs. Our processing time has easily been cut in half.
