Pros

EmployTest.com has a great dashboard! Easy to navigate, all kinds of tests to administer, and the pricing is excellent. Oh and \[sensitive content hidden\] is great to work with!

Cons

Nothing, but since I have to say something, I'd suggest that the buttons that I need to click on to advance through administering a test should be changed from the color red (stop/error) to the color green (go/continue).

Pros

Offered the testing we needed for a new employee, and it is nice to have the option of purchasing a set number of tests at a time rather than a contracted membership.

Cons

User interface needs to be updated. The website itself gives very early 2000s vibes, and I think an update to the user interface would make a huge difference.

The dashboard has "simplicity" as the main thing: clean and easy to navigate, no training needed. It's more "no-nonsense" than "retro" (we think), and we'll send your feedback along to the team.

From start to finish, everything was great. I appreciated being able to speak with a rep and get my questions answered. Having the ability to try out the different tests as well as let some of my coworkers try them out was a huge help.

Pros

I love that it is user friendly both for the applicant and the employer

Cons

I liked all the features, and all of the different tests available. I think the only think I would improve is pricing. I don't think credits should expire.

### "Love the remote testing option!"

It is easy to use and set up the tests for applicants. Very easy to use the remote option. We are able to have the test expired in three days. The results are great and very detail. I like it that we can add the supervisor's email and they receive the results right away. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great in answering all my questions and helping me on everything I need.

Pros

We can do remote testing!! We learn we can have two tests for the prize of one? In some instances. Not sure how many more we can do it that way. It would be nice to know.

Cons

We did not have any kind of formal training on how to use the testing it to its max.

Overall we've had a great experience with EmployTest. It was easy to get setup and we were well informed throughout the process. We especially liked being able to take sample tests to fully gauge if the questions matched our intended targets. We were mainly focused on testing technical proficiency, and the tests for Microsoft Office and Windows were especially well done. Providing a demo environment that's fully-functional, rather than asking multiple choice questions or having them look at a screenshot, made the testing more realistic and a better gauge of the user's capabilities.

Pros

Extensive repository of tests to choose from with the ability to customize. Easy-to-read score reports.

Cons

I'd like to see more analytics for questions missed and score trends.

Cons

Switching from old portal to new portal, just required some additional coaching from EmployTest team to ours, to understand the impacts, considerations, new processes.

Employ Test provides us a baseline to compare prospective candidates against eachother. We know what scores have provided positive results in previous hires and it allows us to compare new candidates using those same metrics.

I didn't like when the price increase happened but I understand the value the test brings.

Overall, I have been very happy with the website, the tests, and especially the customer service. The staff is always responsive and more than willing to provide sample tests so that we can determine the test or tests that best meet our needs.

Pros

The online tests delivered by EmployTest allow us to ensure that our pre-hire testing process is non-discriminatory while providing a wide range of topics to meet the needs of an organization with over 30 varied departments.

Cons

Recently many email servers have been sending the test invitations to a high-level spam so that the candidate never gets the test. Then I have to go back into the system and send it to myself so I can forward it to the candidate from a city email. Could you copy the administrator on the invitation to save this step for us?

Overall, my experience with employ test has been positive and it has helped our institution become much more consistent when evaluating candidates making our hiring process much more equitable and fair for all involved.

Pros

What I enjoy most about this product is the conveniences of it. It makes it much easier for candidates to access this product from where they are. Testing has become much easier on our end thanks to employ test. Lastly, we are fans of the instant test results that are sent via email, this has helped us become more fair and consistent across the board.

Cons

The least favorite thing about this software is that fact that sometimes it takes candidates a while to catch on how to navigate the simulation system. Also, the system will give candidates and incorrect answer mark if they attempt to complete the task via a "shortcut" in the software. If the system allowed for shortcuts it would all us to still accurately rate and score candidates.
