Ease of use so you don't often require assistance. Once it is set up the way you like you never have to change it. We set it up and then wanted to change out some questions - no problem! Pros Easy to set up and easy to use. Not to mention the PREPARATION and getting the right questions for our firm. We had help all along the way with customizing the test to suit our needs. Cons Not really anything comes to mind - maybe change the payment style to a bundle... Instead of a charge for each individual test charge for 1, 2 or 3 modules for small savings. But we have Zero complaints with the product itself. We use these assessments as a filter for all applicants. If they don't do well on them we know they aren't the right candidate for us. Cons The software works great. This saves us from wasting time in the interview process. In addition, we have used EmployTest to assess current employees that we are considering for a promotion or job change and this has been invaluable. Pros We get so much for such a reasonable price. There is a good variety of assessments and the assessments are very comprehensive. Prior to the recession we used a much more expensive software system and in all honesty EmployTest is much more user friendly and much more comprehensive. We would never go back. Cons There are no cons. I like everything about this software. Cons The Elite Skills Profile could have been a bit more thorough in its range of questions, however, it was a reasonable assessment for a key administrative position that requires a wide range of skills. April 17, 2019 5.0 We were able to customize for our needs and it has really helped us identify the right talent at the right level that we need for our organization. We use this product monthly and have never had any issues with the systems. Our representatives are quick to respond when we need to add credits or have questions. Pros This product is very easy to use from the administrative side. There was recently an update to the platform which really simplified the product and being able to see all the steps/info on your dashboard. Cons Sometimes our candidates get confused using the "screen within the screen".
