Pros

the ease for applicants to understand and maneuver the system

Cons

Nothing. This software continues to be useful in recruiting

Very favorable experience using their product! I'm a big fan!

Pros

EmployTest's product is very easy to use and administer to candidates. You simply email them the link to the testing and wait for the results! EmployTest offers a wide range of test options for a variety of positions and they customized a test specifically for our company. I find their test results to be very effective in helping us select the right candidate for our open positions.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about EmployTest's software.

Pros

We like the customer service, quick response time, and easy access to use the test. We do not have the man power to create test like this own our own. Being able to use EmployTest has been very helpful.

I have had a great experience with EmployTest and would recommend the company to anyone who has the responsibility of finding good candidates. The test is easy to use and the results are emailed to the administrator in minutes after the test has been taken.

Pros

EmployTest is easy to use, customizable for company needs and is able to be taken in office or at home. In addition, the customer service is excellent.

Cons

I would like to have several versions of the test depending on the role.

Pros

Our school department orders credits in advance. When we need to test an employee's skill set, EmployTest is available ready for use. It is very convenient and provides instant feedback.

Cons

I have not experienced any issues with the software.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful, adaptable and responsive. She was able to create a customized test for kitchen manager candidates after giving her what I wanted it to look like.

Cons

Would have liked a fill in the blank/type in answer component but I realize there were parameters that Angela had to work within.

I am a new user but so far this has been a great tool to use for hiring.

Pros

Ease of ordering and deployment is definitely an asset. The variety of tests available helped to determine which would specifically fit my needs.

Cons

Some of the instructions on the task questions could be confusing.
