Web Based Modular end to end P&C Policy and Claims Administration System. Designed from the ground up for P&C Insurance lines. Modular systems allows implementation of end-to-end solution or integration into or with existing 3rd party modules as needed. Full API allows bi-directional communication with the core system and various modules. Full customization is available utilizing the INCLUDED web based drag and drop screen designer and the forms/report designers.

The team with Mercury Policy and Claims Administration System has been amazing in helping to integrate into the claims system the things we would like to have and be able to utilize.

Pros

Working with the team at Mercury to build this claims system has been a great experience thus far.

Cons

We have not yet had an opportunity to use the system as it is still in the process of being built.

Overall I like that the Mercury team has not only a long background in programming but specifically in Insurance. It is so much easier to explain your needs to a developer that has a working knowledge of insurance and has programmed for other Insurance Companies. We didn't have to reinvent the wheel to get our functionality and now we are really enjoying tailoring this software to our exact needs!

Pros

We use the system for rating, quick quotes, billing, claims and reporting. The system is set up to flow easily with the way a Company operates. The system modules are "rights" based so you can assign functions and jobs to people who need it but keep other employees away from functions they don't deal with. The easy visual fields step by step completion without the need for intensive training. There are many other features that we use including daily and month end reporting, Quick Books general ledger, auditing/monitoring claims personnel and agents.

Cons

There are always options and functionality that you want to tailor to your specific line of business. This is where the Mercury team really listens to my needs. They are currently working on a couple of different added functions for me. The understand my needs and have not failed to produce what we envisioned on time and within budget!
