Communication with customers is better than before!

Pros

Using hearsay at our office has made communication with customers faster and easier than ever before. Customers respond to texts on a more frequent basis than returning voicemails. A short to the point message gets a quick response and makes communication that much easier.

Cons

The only downfall is if customers do not accept the initial hearsay request there is a waiting period before you can resend the next invitation.

Pros

Hearsay Relate allows me to be able to ease the difficulty of communication and reach clients in a medium that is familiar to clients.

Cons

When using the mobile application on my android smartphone there can be a delay in the receipt of the messages.
