Recruitsos has allowed us to disregard all recruitment agencies completely, and realize an almost 100% cost reduction there. Give the fair pricing model of Recruitsos, it's a triple win for us.

Pros

The low threshold to activation, the length of the process it facilitates, and the level of customizations.

Cons

At some points, the administrator does require some technical skills to complete the configuration or setting-up, however Recruitsos does provide sufficient customer services to complete the activation in a very short period of time.

As a young consulting company with high ambitions I was excited to get in touch with Recruitsos. After partnering with Recruitsos, we made four offers and two hires in a short amount of time, after coming up empty-handed using other services. The feedback from the new employees was outstanding about the hiring procedure, in which Recruitsos played a big part. Recruitsos has been a true partner since Day 1, helping us kickstart the growth of our company.

Pros

The interaction with the employees The follow up on feedback The Agile way of working, you saw the product grow The possibility to hire on character traits The flow in the software, which makes sure you don't forget to follow up The insight candidates get in which step of the hiring procedure they are (like ordering a pizaa from Domino's ;-) )

Cons

As the first user of Recruitsos the first software was work in progress

Reasons for choosing Recruitsos

At the same time when I partnered up with Recruitsos I also partnered up with an other service. The results of both services had a huge gap and made me decide ending the contract with the other service.
