The intranet has truly transformed communication and awareness across our organization. Associates are engaged, feedback is driving improvements, and we’ve seen more meaningful connections. I felt consistently supported by the implementation team and account manager, who provided knowledge, weekly check-ins, and timely responses. The project was fun, collaborative, and a huge success. I would absolutely recommend Hubley to other organizations looking to create a more engaging and user-friendly intranet.

Pros

Having a robust search has made a huge difference for our associates and their overall employee experience. Engagement has increased, and associates enjoy connecting with each other through photos, comments, and interactive webparts. Navigation is much easier compared to our old system, and Hubley’s webparts look and function much better than Microsoft’s defaults. Our support team (especially Erin) was always responsive, followed up when needed, and made implementation smooth.

Cons

I wish Hubley had provided a project plan or tracker at kickoff. Having a clear roadmap and pre-work suggestions would have helped us stay more organized. I’d also love to see Hubley expand its analytics, as more profound insight into clicks, usage, and content engagement would be extremely valuable for understanding how associates interact with the platform.

Hubley transformed our organization through organization. Having "everything" in the right place makes policy enforcement much easier.

Pros

Hubley is more than an amazing product, it's an amazing company. They are there every step of the way from planning to implementation to service delivery.

Cons

Hubley is one of those products where there isn't much to complain about. It just works. I would pay more for the product honestly, their support and technical staff are the best in the business

The hubley success team assigned to our account was incredible! We had a fairly aggressive go-live timeline goal that was a fraction of what would have been "normal", but the combination of easy to use templates and a rockstar success team \[sensitive content hidden\] we did it! Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Pros

Our support/success team and the content templates. The attention paid to paving the groundwork for our site made the actual work very smooth. The amount of examples/templates available to help give ideas was super helpful too. But at the end of the day, it was the people at hubley that made our experience so positive.

Cons

Limited variety of default text options that are native to the sharepoint product. I believe it's more of a constraint on the sharepoint side than hubley, but I would've liked more text/font/color options that could be used within the tool.

It has been a great experience from day 1 on the kickoff. We were able to get our intranet launched quicker than expected and the hubley team is super knowledgeable on best practices as well as very responsive when we have questions.

Pros

hubley is super easy to use and the team has been great to work with. We were looking for an intranet that worked seamlessly with M365 and hubley has delivered that experience.

Cons

Nothing honestly. I am the intranet owner and it has been easy to use and I have received great feedback from our employees and leadership
