I like that it is free in Excel, and I use it every day. It works fine for basic questions. It works fine.

Cons

At the basic level, it makes mistakes. I asked it to go deeper and it corrected the error. I asked if it could correct the basic level. It could not.

I enjoy using this ai it makes my job simpler and lets me get more things done during the work not have to worry about certain task that can have done sooner with ai.

I can use it for work and everyday purposes. It even lets me generate images that I can print off for work or gives me ideas of how to decorate in my home.

Cons

Sometimes it didn’t understand what I wanted and how I wanted the image to look or what I needed of the documented was skewed or over another image.

In construction, where there’s a constant flow of information and reporting, having something that can quickly organize and summarize data is a big advantage. It’s a strong productivity tool that continues to improve how we operate.

Pros

Copilot has been a strong addition to our workflow, especially tied into Excel, Outlook and Teams. It helps speed up day to day tasks like writing emails, summarizing information, and building reports. its like everyone has their own digital assitant

Cons

t’s not always perfect you still need to be review. It also takes some time to learn how to prompt it properly to get the best results. In some cases, it can feel limited if your data isn’t well structured or stored properly.

Poor. Very frustrating. The platform seemed to have such promise but in the end I found it not to be worth either the effort of the cost.

Pros

Was excited when I first signed up but over a period of several months the platform proved ineffective.

Cons

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over 2 weeks now. The cancellation button on management my subscription leads to the same page as if I wanted to update my subscription. The AI chatbot is of no help and keeps sending me through the same help process on repeat. I strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this platform as it is not honest.

I like the CoPilot offers an alternative format to AI that is different from many of the other AI tools available.

Cons

I signed up for CopilotAI hoping it would streamline my outreach, but the platform turned out to be more of a headache than a help. But the worst part? They auto-renewed my subscription without any warning — no email reminder, no notification, nothing. When I contacted support about it, they flat-out refused to issue a refund, even though I hadn’t used the service during the new billing period. It feels dishonest and incredibly disappointing, especially for a company that markets itself as helping businesses grow. If you’re thinking about signing up, be very careful — and definitely read the fine print. I won’t be coming back. They refused to issue a refund.

Pros

I gained a lot of new connections, but unfortunately, most of them weren’t relevant or valuable to my business goals.

Cons

In reality, CopilotAI is basically a LinkedIn spam machine. Most of the messages it sent out got negative or no responses, and instead of helping me build relationships, I think it actually hurt my professional image. I ended up looking more like a spammer than a serious business contact — definitely not what I signed up for.
