"Very Disappointed"

**Overall:** Poor. Very frustrating. The platform seemed to have such promise but in the end I found it not to be worth either the effort of the cost.

**Pros:** Was excited when I first signed up but over a period of several months the platform proved ineffective.

**Cons:** I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over 2 weeks now. The cancellation button on management my subscription leads to the same page as if I wanted to update my subscription. The AI chatbot is of no help and keeps sending me through the same help process on repeat. I strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this platform as it is not honest.
