“Simple and Perfect”

OverallTeam communication has never been so trouble free before.
ProsThe UX is simple to understand and you can easily understand the product in one go. Have used slack for a long time and it's a becoming cumbersome process to use slack nowadays. Moreover, I love the Video/Conference Call feature. Attendance Bot is another boon for marking attendance easily.
ConsCan work on the UI part, though it's simple to understand, maybe work on the colours and images part.

“A very good communication tool for an organisation.”

ProsFugu is a very good app for making communications within your organization. It provides you one to one chat and also group chats option. You can share media files and documents. Also, you can make one to one video calls and group video calls. Mobile and web both versions are supported.
ConsMessages notification delayed sometimes. If you read the message on the web it still shows unread on mobile or vice-versa.

“A business chat tool”

OverallOverall I have no issues with fugu, running very smooth.
ProsAll the basic necessities you need are there for a business chat tool. Can make multiple workplaces for different chat groups which makes it very efficient and good for running different projects.
ConsThe customizations to UI is much needed, not a very user-friendly UI. They can work on it.

“Our whole business runs on Fugu”

ProsThe product works like Slack and costs a fraction. With the addition video calls and conferencing it has removed the usage of lot of expensive softwares for our operations.
ConsLack of bots as of now. But I feel in sometime the problem will cease to exist.

“Very happy customer ”

OverallVery good business. A genuine advance in technology. Very high quality video makes all the difference. You feel as if you're in the same room.
ProsThe video quality is very good. A very reliable tool for communication. Video conferencing is excellent. Linking a phone app to a website url, without the need to install any software on your pc (running though a url alone) makes it a very useful tool. Perfect functionality.
ConsOccasional issues. All very quickly resolved. It felt very good to have such a quick response and fix to these minor (yet annoying) issues. An example that was fixed immediately was sound quality during screen sharing. Jungleworks fixed it immediately.

“Very Easy to Use”

ProsThe attendance management via GeoFence is a stand feature out of the box along with the whatsapp like chat platform.
ConsThe connections and integrations are not the best but they are very fast on executing requests.
