Our use of eValuate has been very helpful in ensuring that all students met the competencies prior to graduation and identify the areas of growth needed. The ability to run reports with this data has been very beneficial for our accreditation site visits.

Pros

The ability to customize to rubrics to include the specific features for our program. Also, being able to map all the rubrics back to specified metacompetencies.

Cons

The inability to change from an overall percentage to the lowest score received on the rubric.

We have numerous faculty along with 72 students involved in using ExamN testing system. Faculty are doing well with it. It is user friendly for the students. They get good stats from the tests that they take.

Pros

The test management system is really good. Very little problems with it. Most problems are due to student issues unrelated to the company/product. If I have a question the tech support is really helpful with quick advice and directions on what to do. I have totally screwed up a few things and they are willing to correct it for me. They are continuously updating their product.

Cons

Product updates occur but I find out about it next time I am using it. Most of the time it is not a big issue and easy enough to figure out. That said, I am not sure that if I was updated by email for example on changes that it would mean much until I was back using the product.
