Put trial version on different site for clients, they liked it, I purchased paid version again, and no place to enter license. Sent them a screen shot showing my PM menu did not match theirs, which showed a license button. Crickets back, meanwhile clients asking what is happening. Followed up twice, two avenues, nothing heard back. Send them my version no. showing latest version PM installed. Cons Terrible support on serious problem. And all I'm not demanding. Even a brief note: we're working on it. Because I have to tell my clients the truth, I say they haven't got back to me; on a product I recommended sheesh. Task management, for daily, weekly and monthly task progress tracking is easy with this system. Pros The task list allows us to manage each function of the project, thus providing a complete view of the project. The ability to use charts makes for an easier reporting to upper management. Calendar feature - drop & drag. Cons Not really a con, but we discovered the Kanban board functionality. This became a critical part of our project management once we secured a contract to work with a JIT first tier automotive supplier.
