I have been on the line for a couple of Year now, and have not had any issues with getting disconnected or dropped calls. The application is also easy to use and accessible for everyone. It's an application I recommend to anyone looking for a good line. Pros I am handling sales process, and I'm always on the lookout for new tools that can help me with my job. When I came across Doocti, I was kind a skeptical at first. After giving it a try, though, I realized it had everything that I needed and more to help me the process with ease. It was actually easy to set up & use. They also seem to be a company that cares about its customers' experience, which is really proactive for any company. Pros I have been using the services of this company for many years and am very happy with their level of service. They always deliver what they promise on time and within budget, which is more than I can say for other companies I have used in the past. Cons Current user interface on the software can be improved. Pros I've been using the Doocti integration in our organization and it has been great. The team at Doocti was really helpful when I had a question, and they were able to help me with it right away. It's been easy to integrate too, we have our whole team using it. Cons It's a great software. I just wish it could give me suggestions when I try to dial out a wrong number.
