Pros It's great for collaboration and our review and routing process. It also shows different versions, so we can go back and track a project at different stages. I like that I can send it to multiple reviewers and get their feedback or approval easily, all in one spot. It has a lot of features/options/settings available, which is great, but we don't even use all of the features/options/settings that are available. Overall, it's been really easy for me to use. Cons Sometimes I have issues with the calendar/dates feature, but it's not a big issue. I just have to adjust dates a lot because it's not as intuitive as I would have thought. Its great for keeping organized, gives me a full list of all my to-do's for the week and can easily check something complete once. It's also a great place for communicating with team members, sharing documents, adding edits to the documents, and much more. It is an all-in-one type software. Pros organized, great for teams who all work on different tasks, easily notify other teammates, share documents and suggest edits/mockups on the documents, see you to-do list for the whole week (or whatever date range you want) Cons I dont like that anyone on the team can accidentally mark your task complete. This allows one comprehensive place to organize our projects across all of our clients and all areas of the business - from project implementation through to invoicing. Pros We implemented Workzone years ago, and now our team relies on it daily. We can track all of our projects and deadlines for design, media, reports, etc. It offers the flexibility for us to use the software the way it works best for our company, and everyone is accountable to their tasks. Can always get someone on the phone and they check in every once in awhile to talk about issues or wishlist items. Pros Not a big learning curve to start utilizing the software. Like that the company is easy to work with, responsive to customers, and that they are always trying to improve the product. Cons Could use some improvements on expenses and calendar, but hopefully those are coming. Reason for choosing Workzone We looked at many many other products (too many to remember), but Workzone had what we needed and we liked the interface better than the others. It had most of your standard tools, ad-ons, etc. but the functionality didn't make sense for the user. Pros Overall, my experience was good. Workzone helped keep projects on time and provided a place - outside of email threads - to communicate with our agency. Cons Workzone was slightly cumbersome. It's hard to explain because I haven't used it since 2011 but I remember thinking that some basic project capabilities were lacking. Overall, the ability to store information in one place and make it available to everyong is very beneficial. We don't use a lot of the features that are available but are aware of them and may add to what we already use in the future. The abilty to build templates, copy tasks, send email alerts, and versioning are just a few of the positive benefits. And although not part of the software per se Customer Support is unparalleled. What I really like is how simple the interface is. Teaching your team to use this interface requires little or no training. Cons If I had one complaint with the WorkZone it would be that the sidebar looks a little more intimidating than it actually is. Pros How easy to use and control of the information being presented is amazing. The monthly trainings are very helpful as well. Cons As Stated before, the cost. As my steps or small scale projects in there own right I had hoped to use the Boards feature to manage the assigned reviews and communication with in my work group. This feature is only available to Administrators. Workzone provides transparency in our process. there is tons of flexibility with the ability to create templates yet still modify them as needed. The customer service is efficient and they value their customer's feedback on updates. There are so many cool features. Pros Most impactful feature is the templates and the ability to continue to modify as needed. Cons I think the calendar feature could use improvement as well as the dashboard. I love the way each workspace can be customized to fit the needs of our team to get the most information about projects as they come in.
