He can also change durations to give us more time if needed. Pros I like that I can log in to Workzone and know what my tasks are for the day. I also can see what tasks are coming up. Cons This is a minor thing, but I wish I didn't have to scroll to the right to click on the drop down next to my name. I may have to scroll to the right due to the number of columns showing. Whether you like it or not you need to get this type of software to hold and "glue" your organization together and push forward strong! Cons Initially it took our team a bit of time to adjust to managing all of our various moving parts under one roof of this software. Also, Workzone gives our management team a clear view into all of the work in process and also those projects planned and completed, so if there is ever an issue with resources or prioritization of projects, managers can jump in and adjust were necessary. Pros We have a global team across multiple time zones working on projects, so Workzone s a great tool to centralize all of the assets and communications so everyone is always up-to-date with the latest information. Cons There are a TON of features and some users are more advanced than others, so sometimes it takes some extra training to make sure everyone is up to speed and using the tool to it's fullest. September 29, 2020 5.0 Wrike is awful; Monday is meh; Asana is confusing. This is by far the best Project Management tool I've used. Pros I really like the ability to quickly and efficiently track my time, and then run a report that I can use for my invoice. Cons Finding/navigating the time tracking task is a little strange. It's a task you mark off (like completing something on your to-do list, but it also isn't in that it is on-going. I don't really know how to solve this, but it was a bit of a learning curve for me. Pros The intuitive nature of how the platform is structured makes Workzone a powerful tool for managing projects. But if you need assistance, the level of customer service and support is outstanding! The best I have ever encountered. Cons I haven't found one yet, but I'm sure if I and I tell Ben....it will be evaluated for possible resolution! Reason for choosing Workzone It was selected through an evaluation process of other platforms by a select team on our project.
