Stan took a long time to walk me through setting multicurrency accounts, answered ALL my questions with patience and then answered some more questions. Every time I have chatted with him, I am super happy. This is a rare thing today. OLGA is equally Super! Thank you! Pros This software logical and makes sense to the accounting user. It is forgiving in allowing rollbacks of syncs, just in case you screw up. Cons So far no cons with the product. I will have to use it longer to look for cons. The work I do is voluntary and I want to spend as little time as possible doing these little (but very important) jobs. Pros The ease that you can sync with. Hardly any effort at all. Pros Business Payments generates the invoices on Quickbooks online for all Stripe and Paypal transactions. Before using this app we had to split manually every transaction, which took a lot of work. Today I had a quick response from Vita who helped me work through an issue with pending transactions quickly and was super friendly. Pros Synder saves a lot of time with syncing transactions and all the itemized data from each transaction from Square over to Xero Cons We use a lot of Square locations, so we're always connecting or disconnecting locations. While this process is usually smooth, sometimes we have tried multiple times to get a new location connected correctly to get it to work. Review Source VR Virginia R. There is a chat link on their webpage and I asked if it would be possible for one of the agents to call me. They did immediately and I was connected with an agent by the name of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who was excellent. He stayed on the phone with me as long as was necessary and provided information in a very understandable and simple format. I am very impressed with the level of service and the ease of understanding. Thank you \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]! Pros As any of you may know trying to figure out PayPal transactions as a bit of a nightmare and this program really makes it easier to process them into QuickBooks Online. Cons I have not found any flaws as yet. So far so good. Pros Imports sales receipts, fees and payouts from Stripe into Quickbooks online so I don't have to manually enter them. We are not accountants. Pros It is easy to install and maintains itself Cons None...does exactly what we need it to do. I had a very specific problem that I was able to solve pretty easily with this service. Pros Syncing Stripe Payments and QuickBooks has been a big time saver for us. I was having my bookkeeper manually enter the batches and payouts, which was cumbersome and time consuming...especially since QuickBooks doesn't have a native integration with Stripe Payments. Now all Stripe transactions get imported into my books on a daily basis, flawlessly. Not only does this save on time, but also saves on bookkeeping fees. It definitely pays for itself every month. Cons I've already experienced a few syncing issues where I received an error message indicating there were not enough "resources" to complete the action or an "access denied" error. I was able to bypass these issues by waiting 30 minutes and attempting my sync again. Review Source DZ Dane Z.
