Pros Al tener un enfoque orientado a procesos, Athento es muy valioso para gestionar todo el ciclo de vida de los documentos. La plataforma es muy amigable para el usuario y se siente moderna y en constante evolución. En nuestro caso, fue muy simple la implementación y no tuvimos inconvenientes a la hora de integrarla con otros componentes del ecosistema IT. Mencionar también la velocidad y eficiencia en el soporte, realmente hacen un excelente trabajo. Cons Creo que aún le falta un poco de maduración en implementaciones medianas o grandes donde es necesario tener un estricto control con la implementación de cambios entre ambientes. El equipo de trabajo es muy organizado y eficiente y el soporte tecnológico funciona bien. Pros El producto es fácil de configurar y cumple con los estándares normativos. Se integra fácilmente con las aplicaciones de la empresa y tiene todo cubierto para manejo integral de los flujos documentales, esta integrado con el correo, one drive y via firma y eso ya es muy ganador para la gestión documental Cons Creo que se puede mejorar la forma de desplazamiento dentro de un formulario cuando hay muchos campos. Es difícil encontrar una empresa que le de tanto seguimiento a una implementación, te ayuden, aconsejen y escuchen tus recomendaciones a la vez! Sin dudas la recomiendo! Pros Athento es una herramienta muy intuitiva, super configurable y fácil de utilizar; todo esto ayuda a facilitar él cambio hacia la gestión documental completamente digital. Constantemente están incluyendo nuevas mejoras a las funcionalidades ya existentes, así como también incluyen nuevas funcionalidades que no estaban implementadas en la herramienta.
