\- simple layout - instant booking confirmations -easy cash-out function -Live availability - Ability to shuffle products - Commission tools - Great reporting

Cons

\- Occasionally freezes but overall is not an issue

I really enjoy using this platform and encourage a lot of other businesses to do the same. I am getting more and more access to a lot of live availability on products, which again is such an efficient way to work. Highly recommend giving this a go!

Pros

Emailing quotes directly to the client with a secure payment link has been really valuable. Not only is it super easy but saves time.

Cons

Access to international products and suppliers could be improved, however, I still feel I am able to sell the South Pacific really well.

Not good at all. Do your research, way easier programms for agents out there.

Pros

What was really goof when I used this software was the comment section where every team member could leave comments about bookings.

Cons

The payment system is complicated. It's hard to find the right products. You get logged out quiet often and then have to find all products again.

Pros

It is a very easy system to use, especially for new staff member as every information is in there, for example specifics of the product, any extra costs, inclusions, group size, age recommendation etc.. It is a quick way to have all the information to close a sale without calling a supplier every single time.

Cons

Most of the time has issues with live availability with accommodation, Whimit passes (Greyhound). For example when editing a quote and wanting to change the days for the accommodation, it doesn't show anymore availability and I would need to remove the product from the cart, sign off and on and re-editing the quote adding again the product. For what concern the Whimit, after booking the pass through the portal I can't find the booking in the product and can't link it to the cart. Few issues that if solved can really help an agent saving time.

I honestly believe this is the best operating system i have used to date. A one stop shop for everything from Rostering, reviewing time sheets, booking over 6000 products to online payment gateways all make Travel Desk the ideal solution.

Pros

Easy of use, functionality and instant live bookings are the highlights of using this booking system.

Cons

Speed can be slow from time to time, however i believe this is a work in progress.

Overall the system is improving consistently

Pros

The system is extremely easy to use with this being like a shopping cart system.

Cons

If we were able to have tours with more live availability these would improve the functionality and ease of booking products. Conversion rate between various countries in comparison to online sites and bank conversion pricing

The system is very easy to use, if you need any help there is an Online team that you can contact anytime and they are very friendly and helpful

Cons

sometimes live availability is not working properly and quotes cant be processed. Accommodation prices change depending on the dates
