Pros: I have lots of sites that could benefit from chat - but no time to be online. Enter the chatbot. Continually makes it super easy to create one and launch it on all my sites. And, it even has Slack integration. The process is drag and drop, fun, fast, and I got a sales call about 1 day after launching it. Woohoo.

Cons: I wish that I could left-align the lists of options I give people. I also wish it had a way to start small and pop up when a user gets X% of the way through a page. There are a few other issues about custom fields and what is able to be saved and used for conditional logic. But overall, none of that stops me from loving it.
