Pros: Highly intuitive, easy to use, simple. I love the way it pulls data directly from Companies House, I can send a Services Agreement to a client in under 30 seconds with their full company details on there.

The service is fantastic, they are a brilliant team and will bend over backwards to accommodate your every need.

Cons: They are updating it at a ridiculously fast pace. But I can never wait for the new update and am kept in suspense waiting to see what new cool functionality they will bring.

Overall: I send lots of documents to multiple different stakeholders. As a startup business, I could not manage my business easily without Doc2 to automate this area. Doc2 has saved me 1000s of man hours and enables me to scale my business easily.

Pros: Ease of use, compared to other products on the market it is so easy to set up templates for customers to sign our terms and conditions. Other products on the market are so bloated and make it more complex than needed. Great customer service team.

Cons: When we initially signed up there was no way to send reminders to customers who hadn't signed, but since we flagged it with the support team, they were very quick to implement this feature!

Overall: We have been using Doc2 for our Terms and Conditions for several weeks now. We are a small web development company and Doc2 has made our contract creation and eSigning process seamless and cost-effective. I cannot recommend Doc2 enough! Different to other similar platforms Doc2 allows you to build your documents (from your own templates) and then allows these to be signed within the same platform.

Really smart, really easy to use and a great team behind it.
