Our Account Manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], has gone from strength to strength and really pulled out all the stops to make us even happier. Pros For us, the system is very clean and crisp. We use what we need to use and any issues we have had with layout or how the system was set up, it's easily changed/amended. You can tailor the system to your business needs - which is key! Set up was easy and relatively painless. The system just does need a few improvements to reach what we want 100% Pros Useful to have a one stop shop for recruitment where all roles are clearly visible and you can track and easily reject, progress candidates Cons I find it hard to understand exactly where the roles are being posted and then sometimes how to find them on job boards. It would be better to allow you to select the job boards you want to ensure your role is featured on and then perhaps give you an option to boost certain roles with sponsorship or on specialist sites for an additional fee easily. Pros The system is incredibly user-friendly and makes navigation and task completion quick and efficient, even for new users. Cons There’s a lot to learn around the system, making it time-consuming and frustrating for new users to get up to speed. January 31, 2025 5.0 Since adopting Talos our recruitment process has been streamlined and made much more efficient. I can't imagine going back to the old system of emails and spreadsheets. I love it! Pros How much time it saves me!!! Issuing interview invitations, rejection letters, asking for information, setting up meetings, sharing applications. All with a few clicks, its such a boon. And the customer service if fabulous! Cons No "waiting room" for video interviews - this causes a little confusion when setting up. Pros The ease of using the system. Pretty straightforward and saves so much admin from my end to the point of there being very little in terms of paperwork. Cons There are aspects such as reporting, which was challenging, but now that has been revamped I look forward to working with the system. Occasionally I forget what permissions I need to grant new users, especially for ATR purposes. The adaptability between saved templates for specific job requirements and the smooth user experience of CV screening and interview booking makes it the perfect ATS for us. Pros The ease of use and clear cut nature of the platform. Using Talos as an ATS is a dream compare to other more clunky versions I have used before. Pros The people at Talos are the shining stars for me. When issues arise, the team are always looking for work arounds or new ways of doing things that enable us to elevate our internal processes and now these are used on a global scale across Travelopia. Cons When hiring managers don't have access to buckets, they can still see the numbers in unassessed for example. This is making our lives very difficult when pushing hiring managers to make decisions about their hires. This combined with our problem of really high volumes of candidates, and then not having the ability to keyword search, it's adding a lot of complexity and time to the process. Quarterly meetings with our account managers help look at different approaches we have not thought of to develop our recruitment needs which have proven very useful. They know their stuff! Pros Easy for posting job adverts and managing the candidates progress so remote managers can see the updated and every step of their service recruitment and onboarding process. The 306/Talos team provide outstanding support and are always so quick to respond to any queries or flags. Using the system has increased collaboration across recruiting departments & the posting feature has saved us a great deal of time and money. Pros The system is so so simple to use and had massively drove down our admin time. The workflows keep everyone involved fully up to date on where we are at with each candidate & bespoke auto emails keeps candidates engaged throughout. The interview booking tool is such a brilliant feature and has saved us so much time - giving candidates the option to select their own dates/time from pre-determined availability takes the fuss out of arranging interviews! Cons Not so much cons, but ideas that I think would improve the system are: Whilst the interview booking tool is excellent, I think there could be a simpler way of adding interviews to the system, that have been arranged in another way (I.e. over the phone). Anyone who has engaged with the Recruitment Team has found the ATS easy to use, and in comparison to other systems they've used, found it easier. Pros It is easy to use, but more importantly the support system behind it is excellent. We also selected it as it was a developing system, as we are a team, so we have grown together. Cons It can be challenging to navigate around, as you have to go back and forward. The fact your roles don't stay "Live" once the advert has closed means you don't get a real time view of what roles are being worked on. As it is developing, it doesn't always have everything we would like to be able to do, but none of these are large enough cons to not work with it. Pros The software is very user friendly and has the capacity for multi-users across an organisation. The application process is easier to manage and you can contact multiply candidates, arrange interviews on line, candidates can self select their interview times. The customer service from the team at 360 Resourcing is second to none, their advice and support is invaluable. Cons The interviewing module does not have a waiting room, but I believe the tech team are currently reviewing this. Reason for choosing Talos ATS We chose Talos over a couple of other suppliers because it was so user friendly but also because of the level of service we could expect, which has been delivered consistently. Pros This software is simple to use, with the function to allow managers access to specific roles is great along with the ease of applicant tracking throughout the recruitment process and the ratings system.
