The Start plan costs $59 per month (or $79 per month with the website option) and includes unlimited user admins, web bookings, and payment transactions. The Grow plan costs $109 per month (or $129 per month with the website option) and includes all of the features of the Start plan plus priority 24/7 support, unlimited service providers, and more.

Pros

  • Besides being a great booking software with tools that are perfect for my residential cleaning company, the thing I love and appreciate the most is the customer support.

  • The software has everything we need to manage the current book of business and it’s scaled for growth. It’s super easy to use and the support from Podiom’s team has been so helpful.

  • I love absolutely everything but most of all the customer support they are wonderful and very helpful.

  • My experience is the best one. I am happy with the way the podium has all organise for any kind of business.

Cons

  • To elaborate, our only complaint in the beginning was that they didn't have coupons/discount options for our clients. They recently added it, and it is incredible.

  • The reocrruing bookings can be a tricky one and still working through hwo to avoid issues.

  • I haven’t worked with it long enough to know if there is something I don’t like.

  • I would have said no color-coding in the calendar but they recently implemented that, so I’m not sure.

"Customer service"

Overall: My overall experience has been wonderful with PodiunIO. I have no regrets choosing the platform. Its very user-friendly when it come to all of our daily task. The customers has no problems booking or managing there services. So I am very please with the platform.

Pros: I find it very easy to use and all the features are ones that you use everyday and not just filling up the page. The customer service is great and the response time is incredible, it's very fast and very knowledgeable. It's always the people that that know me and have helped me in the past.

Cons: The increase in pricing is disappointing.

Reasons for Switching to MioCommerce: PodiunIO interface was user-friendly, easier to manage. had a lot more features. They also offered a beautifully design websites.

Hello Kenneth, thank you for the great review and we really appreciate your business. As regards the recent slight price increase, we hear you. Just so you know, our prices had never once been increased over the previous 4 years. Regrettably, the current 2023 economics, inflation and the demand in labor has caused all our costs to rise significantly much higher than the small increase we introduced. As mentioned for the previous 4 years we had no increases at all. In addition, value for money, I believe we still remain the most competitively priced platform in the entire industry. And while all other platforms in the industry NO LONGER provide live support, we have remained committed to being High Tech and HIGH TOUCH. We truly would have preferred not to increase prices and hope the current economic environment improves over time. Thank you again for the privilege of serving you!

"I could not have been successful without PodiumIO"

Overall: Excellent customer service and a great product at a reasonable price.

Pros: The software has everything we need to manage the current book of business and it’s scaled for growth. It’s super easy to use and the support from Podiom’s team has been so helpful.

Cons: At this juncture, we absolutely have no complaints about the software. The team at podium is always making updates and keeping on top of what the customers need and want.

Reasons for Switching to MioCommerce: It didn’t have all the feature that we were looking for, especially with reporting.

"Choosing the right fit"

"If you want to work with real people that are here to support your growth, choose MioCommerce"

Overall: My overall experience is really good. Since the first day I contacted MioCommerce, when they had lots of patience with me (I was a total newbie to the business world and software world ) I have always had only great communication with MioCommerce team and tool (booking software) that never left me hanging. Running my business is smoother because of MioCommerce.

Pros: Besides being a great booking software with tools that are perfect for my residential cleaning company, the thing I love and appreciate the most is the customer support. It's been three years now, and each time I have a question or a request- I received support within hours. I really feel I can call the team at MioCommerce a part of my team that helps me deliver exceptional service to my clients.

Cons: There have been so many updates recently (which are amazing btw.), but that caused some irregularities which caused me to lose precious time. Luckily I wasn't on vacation. And luckily all is resolved now. The updates and new tools are fantastic so I am not complaining at all. It was worth the little wait.

Reasons for Choosing MioCommerce: Because of the people at MioCommerce, I had a feeling I would be able to receive the support that I really needed when I was starting.
