It's easy to learn and their videos answer all of my questions and more. Very well thought out and it makes learning their software simple and very straight forward. They are very quick to make changes to their software if there is a feature I feel would be helpful to my business.

Pros

The software is awesome and the company gives personal care with each customer. I've used their software since 2018 and love it.I feel valued as a client and they provide exceptional customer service It's very customer friendly software and they have videos for every type of need you have. I'd be lost without their software!

Cons

I'm very happy with all aspects of their software. Their help videos make learning their software exceptionally simple to learn and each video is very thorough and helpful

MioCommerce is such an awesome system to implement for growing companies with various employees. It really makes our lives easier with the booking and dispatching system. Great software, but honestly I just love their customer service. Is a one on one high quality treatment and support. Large companies don't offer that and you can't beat the support quality of MioCommerce. Our account support is \[sensitive content hidden\], and he has been just fantastic. Any request is answered in a promptly manner, and any glitches if any are addressed almost immediately. I could not have picked a better software company to implement for our growing business.

My overall experience is really good. Since the first day I contacted MioCommerce, when they had lots of patience with me (I was a total newbie to the business world and software world ) I have always had only great communication with MioCommerce team and tool (booking software) that never left me hanging. Running my business is smoother because of MioCommerce.

Pros

Besides being a great booking software with tools that are perfect for my residential cleaning company, the thing I love and appreciate the most is the customer support. It's been three years now, and each time I have a question or a request- I received support within hours. I really feel I can call the team at MioCommerce a part of my team that helps me deliver exceptional service to my clients.

Cons

There have been so many updates recently (which are amazing btw.), but that caused some irregularities which caused me to lose precious time. Luckily I wasn't on vacation. And luckily all is resolved now. The updates and new tools are fantastic so I am not complaining at all. It was worth the little wait.

Because of the people at MioCommerce, I had a feeling I would be able to receive the support that I really needed when I was starting.

Pros

PodiumIO has a lot of great features that give my small business a competitive advantage. I really like the online scheduling which is easy for customers to use and is easy for me to manage. As the administrator I can easily change appointment times, make repeating schedules, send appointment reminders, etc. The instant online pricing is also a big plus for me and it's very easy to adjust prices from the administrator dashboard. Also, during set up the team at PodiumIO did a great job explaining everything to me and took more time than I expected to work with me.

At this point I honestly have not had any issues with the PodiumIO platform

Overall, the sales and support teams make this solution amazing. The features are wonderful and new features are coming often. But what I enjoy the most are the people who listen to the needs and are quick to help resolve issues or develop new features to solve business problems.

Pros

The setup and usage of this product are very quick and straightforward. Most processes are intuitive, and users get up to speed quickly.

Cons

Some things are not as intuitive, and more detailed instructions are necessary. Some basic features are missing from the marketing side of the tool that are necessary for this product to be truly stand-alone.

PodiumIO has more features, including website building, listings, and integrations with Zapier.

PodiumIO's new "Integrated App Market" was recently launched to facilitate the addition of more digital marketing services. Last month we launched our Customer Engagement (Floating) Dock, A centralized multichannel communication hub (chat, SMS, team chat, + coming soon FB & Google messenger). We also just released a Free website chat box, team chat as well as SMS (texting) for both communications & prospecting/marketing. The product is easy to use make things run smooth from the dispatching ,reminder

There was nothing I did not like less than something else the product is awesome
