Its very user-friendly when it come to all of our daily task. The customers has no problems booking or managing there services. So I am very please with the platform. Pros I find it very easy to use and all the features are ones that you use everyday and not just filling up the page. The customer service is great and the response time is incredible, it's very fast and very knowledgeable. It's always the people that that know me and have helped me in the past. As regards the recent slight price increase, we hear you. Just so you know, our prices had never once been increased over the previous 4 years. Regrettably, the current 2023 economics, inflation and the demand in labor has caused all our costs to rise significantly much higher than the small increase we introduced. As mentioned for the previous 4 years we had no increases at all. In addition, value for money, I believe we still remain the most competitively priced platform in the entire industry. And while all other platforms in the industry NO LONGER provide live support, we have remained committed to being High Tech and HIGH TOUCH. If I have questions, they are answered quickly, within minutes, and they are just a pleasure to work with! They have earned our business 100 percent! Pros The complete scheduling, smart calendar, customizable service/booking pages that are on the same level of quality as some of the biggest competitors in the market. I love that when a customer is requesting a quote or a booking, they are not taken to another companies website to compete the booking process, like House Call Pro. I feel these guys have a superior product compared to the competition, and they are just making it better. We are looking forward to starting our franchising of our company through using PodiumIO, and incorporating their software to all franchisees. Pros Besides being a great booking software with tools that are perfect for my residential cleaning company, the thing I love and appreciate the most is the customer support. It's been three years now, and each time I have a question or a request- I received support within hours. I really feel I can call the team at MioCommerce a part of my team that helps me deliver exceptional service to my clients. Cons There have been so many updates recently (which are amazing btw.), but that caused some irregularities which caused me to lose precious time. Luckily I wasn't on vacation. " April 11, 2022 5.0 My experience with PodiumIO has been top notch start to current. I initially joined PodiumIO for the scheduling function of a new branch of our business, Mobile Detailing. In my role I have dealt with several vendors and account managers over the years, some good and some bad. The PodiumIO team has made such a positive impact on our business and the customer service is unmatched. Our account manager has been there to assist me and our team and really done a stellar job with all of it. PodiumIO has given me the ease and comfort to move all our franchise locations over to the platform as well. Anything I have needed they have immediately done. If it was something that didn't exist yet, they made it happen. I could not be more pleased with my experience. We have also added the Listings and Reviews and Google Ads Management to our services with PodiumIO and I have had the pleasure of getting to work with another account manager for that. She as well has just been top notch! They have done a beautiful job executing the listings and review as well as the Google Ads. One thing that really shows their commitment to customer service was that she took into consideration my time and stress and built out a dashboard to make things easier for me, without me even asking for this. I feel like this kind of thoughtfulness and customer service is unheard of now. This has taken great stress off me to know that it is in good hands with the PodiumIO team and that is so valuable! Pros PodiumIO has several great qualities but I would have to say what I like the most is the extra features. The reporting is fantastic and as easy as the click of a button. The retargeting/ marketing functions with the Hot Leads is my personal favorite. Being able to capture interested customers and then retarget them has helped generate more business that would have been lost otherwise. Cons Any "cons" that you could think of they immediately get to work on a resolution or function to solve it. You can tell that as a company they have really thought through the customer experience as well as the business operators side and made sure they provided all the needs and then some. The team is awesome, the product is great, the service is fantastic. Pros PodiumIO is the only piece of software I could find, that seamlessly integrated everything I needed to operate a modern, full service, cleaning company. We offer many services and many add-ons and we really wanted to give our customers that feeling when interacting with our website. The whole setup is clear, easy to use, and both management and service providers love the product. PodiumIO integrates seamlessly with stripe and quickbooks and allows you to manage you entire company from a single screen. It allows for easy scheduling and dispatching, the automaed communications are pretty smooth, and it has decent CRM functions. And it's fully functional on the go. I love the fact that it seamlessly translates to IOS, and Android devices. Best off all, there are new, and very useful features being added all the time, and From the employees stand point, both the online version and the app version are great. The app is integrated with maps, and allows for super easy access to key functions and features. Overall, really nicely designed software that i would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone starting a service based online business. Cons I am sure there could be but nothing comes to mind. My experience with the company over the last 3+ years was very positive because just about everything that I could put in this box has been developed and is now available. Some new features have very minor bugs that get resolved over a relatively short period of time as is normal. The Team at PodiumIO definitely know what they are doing! Reason for choosing MioCommerce PodiumIO is the only software and service I could find, that would give me all the options i needed at an affordable price. Also, I can now process call-ins in seconds, quickly dispatch my employees, and process payments. Besides the fact that it helps me manage nearly every facet of my business, their customer service is the best I’ve ever worked with! I’m a few months in and my business has already grown to 8 employees and there’s absolutely no way I could have gotten this far without the platform!
