They have a wide range of tools to help you manage your business, from creating a branded storefront to managing your inventory and shipping. They also have a helpful customer service team who are always available to help you out. I love that I can set up a store in less than 10 minutes and start selling right away. This is a great way to start a small business and I highly recommend it. Cons Being in Europe, Gigrove only offer ShipStation providers for the deliveries. The most used service in Europe is a free solution called Packlink PRO. This is what stops me using Gigrove for my shops in Europe. I am not willing to pay a monthly fee to Shipstation when there is a free alternative available for wordpress, wizishop and more. They were helpful in improving the speed from painfully slow to possibly acceptable. Wait days maybe up to a week for a response from support though. It does the basics. Also DONT attempt it using Safari - Half my baldness came from trying to set up products that didn’t properly display or save. Pros Varied basic features to save on some likely integrations i.e basic chat is included and can schedule meetings (and be paid for them). Displays large product images which I think is good, maybe not for others (10 products to one page) 🤷‍♂️ Cons Cant choose or change how it appears i.e no templates. Very slow. Gigrove has one time payment instead of monthly payments to access their software. Also, they don't charge you a fee for every transactions. The software is very rudimentary but remember its very easy to use. I was the first ones to be testing Gigrove and they have not failed me. In comparison to Shopify, this is a great alternative if you are short on budget. You can always buy their lifetime deal on Appsumo.com Pros The ease of setup and use. The admins really listen to feedback. They follow roadmap very professionally. Cons They do not have any dropshipping features yet. They don't have a template selection.
