Pros

I enjoyed the ease of use. As, may know that whenever you have to learn a software and its complicated you likely not end up using it. Not with Gigrove. It gave me detailed instructions and easy to reach what I wanted to know. I also talked with the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] about a specific variable feature I couldn't find with t-shirts and he immediately replied with the answer.

I don't really have any cons really only wish we can add more depth to the homepage

Pros

I love Gigrove! It's the perfect online tool for starting my own e-commerce business. The branded storefront is perfect for my business, and the easy online payments make it super easy to get started. The CRM is really helpful for keeping track of my orders and billing, and the custom domain makes my business look professional.

Cons

CRM Module is still not yet mature, we need to still use our own CRM system.

It is very good experience to use Gigrove and they have good customer services. For example the taxation logic and deluvery logic already in roadmap and hence, can expand my servcie countries.

Easy setup and manage end users, a basic system that cover different business typs

The pltform include every basic services for sample business, but the industry special features less support and require request to add

Really good solution for my specific use case.

Pros

Gigrove offers a quick and relatively easy way to add ecommerce to your business model. There are plenty of options from selling 'products' to 'subscriptions'. Straight forward integration with Stripe and responsive support.

Cons

Currently the ecommerce is handled via a subdomain and a page provided by Gigrove. There are limited options to customise this page which could be an issue if you want to match the design of your existing site. It would be good to be able to add the Gigrove elements to an existing WordPress website via short code or widget.

Gigrove is an e-commerce tool that is simple and useful. It can be difficult and expensive to build and run an e-commerce website on your own or with a developer. The stores on Gigrove are designed to be suitable for showcasing different types of items and services, making this process easier for you. In addition, it comes with a custom domain name that's 100% branded as yours. Personally, I like the custom domain more.

Cons

One disadvantage of the platform is the absence of a blog page. Hopefully they will add blog features to their platform for every store that uses it

Overall, it has been very positive and wish them all the success in the future.

Pros

I initially purchased a single store, but quickly realized that having multiple stores in the near future could be very beneficial - the option to have this and custom branding was awesome. There are so many features like bookings of services, levels of access for employees to maintain the system, inventory control and downloadable file features which help our entertainment production company - thank you.

Cons

Though pretty straight forward to operationalize, I did require a few clarifications on how things work. Saying that the support was incredible and they had patience for my rookie status in e-commerce.

Overall, I feel that Gigrove is a good option for those who want to create a place to sell their products and aren't interested in complete customization. I wanted a bit more than this platform was able to provide. For that reason it is something that I decided not to continue using at this time, that doesn't mean that in the future I wouldn't go back to using it again.

Pros

I feel this is : 1. easy to set up 2. easy to deploy and create revenue. 3. a good value for what I payed.

Cons

1\. It didn't match my design specifications. 2. I wanted to be able to offer more than this product allowed me.

Really easy set-up and great for selling custom services (like advertising on my blog), not just products

Cons

The site layout and look & feel weren't very customizable and shop categories were shared between all accounts.

I'm saving time and effort from managing a woocommerce shop on my own. Gigrove gives me an ecommerce solutions so I can sell to my audience quickly.

Pros

I love that this product is designed for the solopreneur with different revenue streams. I can sell products, services, and more with gigrove.

Cons

The UI is not the most advanced. I think they wanted to keep it simple on purpose. For me, it allows me to focus less on visual layouts and more on getting products up for sale.

With gigrove you have your own online store with custom domain and SSL certificate and in minutes. It´s a fine alternative to gumroad.

Pros

gigrove is an e-commerce platform built for artists to sell physical and digital products from their own website. It allows you to sell physical and digital products online using a single interface. They offer everything you need to get started—from setting your prices to accepting payments, shipping, and providing customer support. You can upload your films, ebooks or digital art directly to the platform. You can even protect your files with a password.

Cons

They don´t offer drip content. It would be nice to have this feature so you can connect your blog to a membership style store. It can be a little difficult to set up the store at first but they customer support is great. In countries that are not able to accept Stripe, I would appreciate if there were other payment gateways available besides PayPal and Stripe.

Gigrove Store is a nice product. I did not see any bugs. The UX is a simple and straightforward.

Pros

There is a lot to like about Gigrove. It highlights the ability to sell downloadable products and book services. Stripe integration is good with different currencies. If you are developer, the API is good for making your own e-commerce app with a custom look. It has a lot of small features that add up to make this a good choice for selling products online.

Cons

Stripe subscription is still in the roadmap. Also, a donation feature would be great for non-profits.

Pros

Easy to use, suitable for those of you who don't really understand technical websites like wordpress or shopify. The price is cheap, but if you know wordpress technical, it can be cheaper with wordpress. There are many settings menus on the dashboard, but there are limitations such as no theme options, etc. UI / UX because you cannot choose a theme, the default theme is actually simple and modern, but it will be more interactive if you are given a choice.

Cons

For personal services and local stores that are not too concerned with branding, it might be fine, however, for e-commerce, in which we have to consider each customization for its own branding identity, it is not possible.

Good value for money, a lot of cool functionalities.

Pros

Really easy to use. I can see that a lot of freelancers and small businesses can find value in this software - it's everything you need to start selling online without the need to hire expensive developers. The store is ready-made but the product pages can be customized. There is an option to have a custom domain name on a web store, which is a huge plus as it gives my clients an easy way to reach me. The reporting is really advanced, tools like transaction and visitor analytics are really valuable to me.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say. The platform is working great for me so far.

I cannot think of anything that I liked, maybe their homepage? Yeah, the homepage looked nice.

Cons

So much. It was so slow. The slowest software I have ever used. It made SuiteDash look lightning fast. The slowness of it prevented me from exploring more of the software.

Wanted a non Shopify or woo setup for quick and easy stores. While this seems to fit the bill I don't know where to start. Training consists of several articles with no videos I've seen. I need a more straight forward thorough set up process with video and written instructions. Hoping the training is improved.

Seems to have a good amount of features available

Cons

Too overwhelming. Training is all over the place. No good examples.
