Support non existant, doesn't seem to work on mobile devices, not very intuitive to use but I'm sure this element would be ok if you could get support. Pros easy to instal It's an ok plugins but big issues on mobile devices. I would like to write a positive review but I cant as I can't seem to get it displaying correctly. Im sure it would be better if the iOS app was available but i can't even get them to tell me when this is available. Cons The support is non existing, they do not return emails just leave you in the dark. Given the sheer insulting attitude this company has to its paying customers, NO . Saying your customer is an idiot isnt a company that should be in any market. "It’s evident that you’re confident, though possibly without the required knowledge. I’ve repeatedly stated that the issue doesn’t originate from WCFM, but it seems challenging to convey." Pros The plugins are slightly better than DOKAN but not by much. The amount of plugins you need to install is isnt feasable in the long term and does nothing for page speed. So far after buying a licence I have 4 plugins installed and in order to get further funcionality I need to install yet another plugin. Why so many plugins are required when it is well known that the fewer plugins on a wordpress site the better it performs. Cons I purchased my licence 2 months ago, so far I have had a need to contact supplier 3 times. The first was any easy response, the 2nd I was ignored and the 3rd I was spoken to with contempt. The person admitted that they chose not to investige my issue thoroughly, in fact they wrote the following. Admitting that they choose not to ask further questions to investige and provide assistance. I find the contempt they are showing to a paying customer shocking, which I why I decided to write this negative review. I am not paying a licence to be spoken to with contempt like they person who I had the unfortunatle luck to deal with. You can read their commments below"You might ask, why I didn’t tell you this before – it’s because you haven’t specified any information about which plugins you’re using or provided your site link. They really suck as developers and customer service. Pros Nothing. I'd love the plugin if the features and integratos actually work they way they say they do, but they dont.... Cons Their support. The plugin does not work seamlessly unless you simply build with guttenberg blocks. Many of the compatabilities and integrations they claim to work, do not. Then, when you contact support for help, they often take a week to reply and the response doesn't solve the problem. It's obvious they don't read the actual tickets or view the screenshots or attachments you provide. It is a cheap knock off version of Dokan that doesn't function correctly and their support is atrocious. You will waste so much time just getting basic functions, like the site search field, to actually work. Provides a lot of features and modifications. Cons Only unfortunately, the customer support is lacking. A marketplace is a bit more complex than a pure online store. We have specially purchased the premium support. Unfortunately, we often wait more than 2 months for an answer to our tickets, even if it's just a "no, that's not possible". I admit we also asked for some customizations, but a quicker answer and if it is only a "no" would be very helpful. We had to postpone our launch because of WCfM several times, because legal bases for the EU did not work. When I pointed this out in a support ticket they just stopped replying. Pros It can do a lot and some of it even works. Cons Support is awful, one of their features doesn't work and I've had a ticket open for months.
