Im sure it would be better if the iOS app was available but i can't even get them to tell me when this is available. Pros Love the ease to setup and get my vendors onboard. Cons A little difficult to get the settings in the front end to stick. For example I have set the products to be published without requiring approval but that is not working. Coupons are set to show on the vendors dashboard and they are not showing. It offers more functionality than competing multivendor solutions at a better price. It has allowed us to take on vendors, get our products up and online and get ready for launch. Pros \- Well priced - Support is responsive - Very well thought out - almost every function you can think of, it has - Can build a professional looking backend for your vendors easily and inexpensively, building trust Cons \- Some of the admin backend is a little confusing as there are so many options - Communications with vendors through portal is a little clunky - We're using Printful to create and distribute products and the integration between products in WooCommerce / WC Multivendor Marketplace and Printful can sometimes be confusing. Provides a lot of features and modifications. Cons Only unfortunately, the customer support is lacking. A marketplace is a bit more complex than a pure online store. We have specially purchased the premium support. Unfortunately, we often wait more than 2 months for an answer to our tickets, even if it's just a "no, that's not possible". I admit we also asked for some customizations, but a quicker answer and if it is only a "no" would be very helpful. We had to postpone our launch because of WCfM several times, because legal bases for the EU did not work. Pros I think Vendors is a fantastic addon to your current WooComm customizations, and giving your clients fill control of their Event (in our cases) dashboard is a must.... It is really useful the way it can be customized and features are really complete. I liked how stores are presented to users: A list of stores, a storefront for each one and the possibility to visit any of them. Cons There are not a lot of things to say about cons that this software has. They should expand the compatibility to more environments other than Wordpress. Surprisingly, most of the features I requested from the developer to design into the marketplace where already established in the WC Multivendor Marketplace thereby making it easier for developers to accomplish the request of their clients. This is the best Multivendor Marketplace and no other woocommerce marketplace can compare in terms if features and easy of design. Pros The WC Multivendor Marketplace has everything you can imagine makes a Multivendor Marketplace. The functionalities are unbeatable. I did not even know until I started exploring the dashboard and reading about the different functions. Some of the exceptional features include the following: Commission setup that can be applied across all products or specific to a product Withdrawal and payment setup that can be automated depending on the mode of payment. Manual method is also available for bank transfers Shipping Setup that can be applied country wise or by zone Refund System Setup that allows to setup timeline for when a purchase is eligible for refund Store Policies where vendors can define policies applicable to their store Review management System that allows customers to post a review on stores in addition to product review. Thus making possible for prospective buyers to make informed decisions on vendors. Single Product Multivendor that allows a vendor to sell the products of other vendors thus making a product available in various stores and enhancing product search. Inquire System that allows buyers to make inquiries directly to vendors instead of support chat. Given the sheer insulting attitude this company has to its paying customers, NO . Saying your customer is an idiot isnt a company that should be in any market. "It’s evident that you’re confident, though possibly without the required knowledge. I’ve repeatedly stated that the issue doesn’t originate from WCFM, but it seems challenging to convey." Pros The plugins are slightly better than DOKAN but not by much. The amount of plugins you need to install is isnt feasable in the long term and does nothing for page speed. So far after buying a licence I have 4 plugins installed and in order to get further funcionality I need to install yet another plugin. Why so many plugins are required when it is well known that the fewer plugins on a wordpress site the better it performs. Cons I purchased my licence 2 months ago, so far I have had a need to contact supplier 3 times. The first was any easy response, the 2nd I was ignored and the 3rd I was spoken to with contempt. The person admitted that they chose not to investige my issue thoroughly, in fact they wrote the following. Admitting that they choose not to ask further questions to investige and provide assistance. I find the contempt they are showing to a paying customer shocking, which I why I decided to write this negative review. I am not paying a licence to be spoken to with contempt like they person who I had the unfortunatle luck to deal with. Is it value for money, well it is a fair price, but the lack of support and professionalism lets it down and when taken into consideration, then no, it's not good value for money. Pros It read and I was informed that the software would do all that we required of it. On initial enquiry the system seemed great for what was needed form it. Cons It is poorly designed, the help files are in pigeon English, with grammar being very poor. What it says it provides is not the case, e.g. it says it's compatible with Divi, then finding out they do not support the Divi Theme, and their support system is very slow. The response time is very poor, and when support is given, it is very vague with no quality customer service. We purchased lifetime licenses, yet we're not able to download and re-install the software. Warning, if you want something sophisticated, this might not be the right choice. Review Source SS Sarah S. Pros Nothing. I'd love the plugin if the features and integratos actually work they way they say they do, but they dont.... Cons Their support. The plugin does not work seamlessly unless you simply build with guttenberg blocks. Many of the compatabilities and integrations they claim to work, do not. Then, when you contact support for help, they often take a week to reply and the response doesn't solve the problem. It's obvious they don't read the actual tickets or view the screenshots or attachments you provide. It is a cheap knock off version of Dokan that doesn't function correctly and their support is atrocious. You will waste so much time just getting basic functions, like the site search field, to actually work. It is clear, vivid, and easy to navigate. The developers have done a great job incorporating as many essential marketplace features as possible, and support is very responsive to both issues and ideas for enhancement. Cons The biggest issue I am having right now, and the reason I have not been able to go live with my site yet, is the lack of integrated shipping labels and automated tracking. The software does provide a spot to manually paste shipping tracking numbers now, but my users will potentially be shipping so many items that I need a way for them to quickly create a shipping label from their order page and automatically track through USPS. We thought it would be standard as it is standard in wordpress but it isnt. I lost a years payment because of this and also customer refused to pay me and we ended up having arguments over this. Caused a lot of distress and for this reason I would be wary of recommending it again. All over something so small but when you give us a note it will be a couple of months and almost a year later I still have to tell my client it is not done. Pros Integrates with other plugins Wordpress friendly Cons We were told a year ago that the image editing for the multi vendor would be available in the next three months, It still has materialised a year later. Would prefer vendors to be able to be in charge of their own payments rather than all the money going to the owner of the site and then have to deduct the paypal commission Some of the sections are not user friendly to edit.
