TableAir is a user-friendly workplace management solution, ranging from simple meeting room booking to overall office management. Manage your meeting room reservations through the website dashboard or mobile application. Locate available meeting rooms on an interactive 3D floor map, create bookings, invite guests, or cancel reservations with an automated process. See all meetings in a single calendar view, set up an approval flow and easily find the needed room using attribute-based filters. Use the meeting room display mounted next to the room to view availability from afar, check information, book, or release the room as needed. Good syste, reliable, made booking spaces easy. Customer support has be very good also and I know I can reach out when needed.

Pros

It was value for money and simple to set up. Did everything we needed it to do without the faff. Great system, quick and easy

Cons

The graphics and the navigation could be improved. Aside from that, it was absolutely gine for what we needed from it.

TableAir Soft makes workplace booking (we use only this module) super simple and efficient. It’s really easy to use, and their customer service always gives a fast response. Setup in our office was smooth, and the team was flexible and listened to our needs. Special thanks to the support and sales team — they really listened to our specific needs and offered the best solution. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

Pros

It’s everything you need: fast setup, easy for end users and the floormap 3D view shows all the information you need.

Cons

Overall, no bad experience or real drawbacks. We had a few small issues at the beginning, but they were fixed very quickly.

Overall, my experience with TableAir has been excellent. They have a truly customer-focused approach, always listening and looking for ways to improve their services and help us get the most value from them. The only limitation I’ve noticed is that you can’t see a person’s availability in the same way you can in Outlook, but given how specialized the service is, that’s a very minor issue. With a bit more integration and customization options, it could be even stronger—but as it stands, the value, support, and commitment TableAir provides are outstanding.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience with TableAir. What stands out the most is their customer-focused approach—they genuinely listen and care about providing the best service possible. I also really appreciate their dedication to constantly improving, not only in terms of the solutions they offer but also in helping us better understand and get the most out of their service. It’s refreshing to work with a team that’s so proactive and committed to growth.

Cons

The only drawback I’ve noticed is that you can’t see a person’s availability as easily as you can in Outlook. Since we use TableAir a very specialized service, there aren’t many other negatives, but I think it could be even better with more third-party integrations and a bit more flexibility in customization.

Pros

Heel gebruiksvriendelijk. Aanpassingen worden snel doorgevoerd en wanneer bepaalde opties nog niet beschikbaar zijn, wordt er actief gekeken of deze toegevoegd kunnen worden. Daarnaast is het contact met de accountmanager erg prettig.

Cons

Op dit moment is het nog niet mogelijk om een vergaderruimte per dagdeel in plaats van per uur te reserveren. Dat is voorlopig het enige minpunt dat ik kan bedenken. Er wordt echter al gekeken naar een oplossing en de mogelijkheid om dit te integreren.

A very useful tool in everyday office work, the works space load is distributed quickly and without any problems. The ability for administrators to book on behalf of employees makes scheduling much easier.

Pros

Convenient upload of our own plans of rooms and zones for booking. Interface is simple and easy to use. Prompt response of the support team in case of any questions. Both browser version and the application work quickly without glitches.

Cons

So far, I have not encountered any significant drawbacks while using TableAir. Occasionally, it might take a moment for the page to refresh after certain actions, but this has not impacted my overall positive experience.

TableAir is exactly the product we were looking for to update our desk and room bookings. It has many features and is constantly improving.

Pros

Support from the team has been amazing. Booking desks is straight forward and easy to use. The layout of the app is user friendly.

Cons

Not much! If there's been any issues, support have been quick to give me advise on how to handle it, and any features that I thought were missing were seriously considered and even implemented.

We are very satisfied with TableAir. It is an easy, very user-friendly app that can be adjusted and used for any type of company.

Pros

Easy, user-friendly app, with a lot of functionalities. Also very important is that the company is constantly developing the app (creates new features, for better user experience and more convenient use of the app). Our Workplace Experience Engineer \[sensitive content hidden\] is very professional and communicative, we get all the help we need, and he always helps to find the best solutions for us.

Cons

There are no such. We are waiting for all new functionalities and features.

We have desks and meeting rooms across multiple buildings and floors throughout HQ. We were using another software that did exactly what TableAir does, but we switched because its pricing model is based on resources, not the number of employees. Since our aim is to have less space but accommodate more people, it was a no-brainer to make the switch.

Pros

The setup was effortless, and our users love how easy it is to use! We've also integrated it with our directory and resource calendars. Now, staff can book a desk or a room via the web, mobile, a kiosk on the floor, a tablet outside the room, or even through the good old calendar. It feels like TableAir was already part of our organisation, we just didn’t know it yet.

Cons

The analytics dashboard could be improved for platform administrators. However, since we're exporting TableAir data to other building management systems, it's not a major issue for us.

Pros

The convenient and easy availability and reservation of workspaces and parking spaces using the TableAir tool significantly aids in the efficient planning and management of these resources. This allows us to optimise their use and ensures that all our requirements are met.

Cons

We are unable to create our own map and are currently using an outdated version provided by our architects. It's great to hear that this will soon change, as TableAir will be updating our map to a 3D version.
