Pros

Ease of use and being able to connect with our base effectively.

Cons

After a campaign is released, we get a listing of bounced/invalid email addresses. Each of these has to be deleted one at a time manually. This is time consuming and there should be an easier way to delete an entire list at once vs individually.

Voter Voice is one of the best programs that I have ever used for advocacy. It allows for simple and fast action postings when I need them.

Cons

Not exactly a con, but more that there needs to be additional training and continued improvements to the customer service platform to address large datasets.

Customer Service is good, but sometimes I need things done in real time and that is limited. Also, really don't like the inability to target the way i need to with email. Defeats the purpose of our advocacy.

Pros

The look of it and that I can change things myself - also that it can be used with nyc officials

Cons

targeting for emails not an option - this is how we advocate. other systems do it, so not sure what the issue is.

This program has been great and I have enjoyed learning it. It will be a valuable advocacy tool for our team and engage association members who normally don't participate because this makes it so easy for them. The support team provides top notch customer service and I feel like I'm in good hands knowing I can call them. Very thankful.

Pros

What I like most about the software is what an incredibly powerful tool it is. More importantly for me, I appreciate the support I receive from the staff.

Cons

As someone who is not the most technologically savvy person, I find there are two many steps to complete in a process. I also dislike have to back in and out of steps to accomplish a task or an engagement.

Pros

I like how professional it looks on our website.

Cons

The price. Since our work is just within the state and we're a nonprofit, we don't need a lot of the federal functionalities and for that reason don't use a lot of what we have in our contract. We still use Voter Voice though because of the ease of use and professional look.

I love how functional this software is. I’ve gotten reviews from users that it helps them be more engaged because it’s so easy to use.

Cons

I wish it was more intuitive on the back end. But the customer service is so good that it makes up for it.

Pros

It is super easy to use! Campaigns are saved so it is easy to go back and make changes or revamp an earlier campaign. Reports are easy to create and understand.

Cons

There is no way to purchase contact lists through votervoice, which we were able to do with other programs in the past.
