Cons After a campaign is released, we get a listing of bounced/invalid email addresses. Each of these has to be deleted one at a time manually. July 19, 2019 5.0 This program has been great and I have enjoyed learning it. It will be a valuable advocacy tool for our team and engage association members who normally don't participate because this makes it so easy for them. The support team provides top notch customer service and I feel like I'm in good hands knowing I can call them. Very thankful. Pros Easy to use, great customer service when I have questions. Cons As someone who is not the most technologically savvy person, I find there are two many steps to complete in a process. Cons The price. Since our work is just within the state and we're a nonprofit, we don't need a lot of the federal functionalities and for that reason don't use a lot of what we have in our contract. I’ve gotten reviews from users that it helps them be more engaged because it’s so easy to use. Cons I wish it was more intuitive on the back end.
